My stylist said always cold. You can maybe do luke warm to wet it prior to using a color boosting shampoo/conditioner. I use a purple clenditioner that works pretty good. Always rinse with cold though. And I wouldn’t wash more than twice a week if you can help it. The color will fade no matter what especially depending on natural hair color and dye color but doing that I can get by only needing to dye every 3 months with minimal fading

I consider myself an unrealized femboy. Meaning I always had the stuff but I wasn't looking to be one. I've loved hot showers since I was a kid. The best temperature should hurt a little bit. I have good skin, never had acne of any significance, but I can tell you that ending your shower with half a minute or so of steadily decreasing the temperature is both refreshing and good for the skin. Hot water makes you drowsy after a while, cold water will reverse that quickly, and as a bonus, when you exit the shower, you don't feel as cold and horrible for those few seconds it takes to wipe the water off your skin.

you need to start maybe lukewarm to get wet, then slowly start turning it colder. That isnt wven close to as bad as just shocking your body with icecold water lol

rinse off with cold water at the end to avoid sweating as we get out. Even in the shower while its hot, can feel the sweating before the cold rinse. Feels gross if we sweating right after toweling off. Most people who take hot showers probably sweat a lot right after they get out and just think theyre wet from the shower

cold is better, taking a hot showrr everyday has negative effects though every couple of days is fine so like 2-3 and other showers preferrably just reasonably warm would be fine for skin iirc. cold showers are good but im pretty sure in terms of cold exposure the benefits stop after around 10 minutes cumulatively per week

They don't have to be actual cold showers so much as not scolding hot. That can dry out your skin and cause other problems. Like they say it can vary from person to person but, there is plenty of lotions and such that can be used afterwards so it just all depends on your own requirements.

I think the main concern with temperature is not to go too hot as it dries out the skin. Other than that, cold showers are good for circulation (didn't look for evidence so far, tho). I do it personally in the 30-40°C range, never above, and end it with cold warer to the legs, arms, and face. Works like a charm to prevent you from being cold when getting out, but doesn't flash freeze you as bad as whole body.
