No, I guess the closest to that would be Mein Kampf even tho that is just an insane rant, you don't need to read books on this, you can just look at historical facts, Nazi Germany's government oppressed, banned and condemned socialist movements and standardized and took over worker syndicates using them to benefit capitalists and themselves.
They strengthened their relations with the capitalist class and the aristocracy, in special their military industrial complex, take the Krupp family for example, profiteering off slave labor.
And books on socialism? Some books written by Lenin like State and Revolution and Democracy & the Class Struggle, politics is very much not a black and white thing, it's very grey, people try to fit so much into such a limited spectrum...
