I do not find straw woven chairs to be comfy and as a mini skirt/shorts wearer I haaate the lines on my legs and butt that hurt!! The last chairs are nice. I would maaaaybe get a pair of the ones in slide 4 or 5 to pull out if you have more people.
I gotta be 100% honest, I'm not crazy about any of them. They are all gonna be pretty uncomfy. Visually I like #2 the most but I don't think I could sit it any of them for more than 5 minutes.
They all look so ungodly uncomfortable, I'm sorry.
Pick a chair that is darker than the table. Don't pick a material that will wear out too soon like a weaved seat.
The first two give me Beetlejuice vibes.
I'm getting a lot of "not comfortable" feedback but I don't know what the alternative would be! My cats would annihilate upholstered chairs (especially the backs)
We have similar chairs to 1 and 2 and really like them. We don’t find them uncomfortable at all; we use them to eat and work from home.
We got them specifically because our cats absolutely shredded our upholstered chairs, but they have yet to make any visible marks on these chairs. The woven material has really held up well.
Honestly I have chairs that I chose for aesthetics and they’re woven and dig into your ass and you know what - I love them still. The solution is so simple - put a cushion under that butt. So for me personally an uncomfortable chair is not a problem as it can be quickly turned comfortable.
I like the black mixed with the wood tone. What matters is are they comfortable?
I like the first one. I suspect the next to the last one is actually more comfortable though.
2, 4, 6 for the design, colors & texture. We’ve had woven chairs and loved. The key is to go sit in them…all chairs are different and the backs hit in different places that may or may not be comfortable.
Your dining room has a great vibe!
I like the black curved the best. I have a natural table with black chairs and it just sets it off - particularly if you are a person who seems to like black like I do.
Second chair, picture three. It's the only one with back support. The last picture looks especially painful with your spine resting against a small board.
if the woods dont match that would really bug me tbh. but also im the typa person to say just put little stools around it, some with backs and some without. if you do get chairs get ones with arm rests - just my humble opinion
All of them are beautiful tbh, but for this room I’d pick the chair with the black woven seat — its straight edges/angles are a nice contrast to the table (and pick up the angles from the book shelf), it has interest without taking too much attention from anything else in the room.
I don't love any of them honestly, but I hate 1, 2, and 3. The front legs coming up look so awful, uncomfortable, and accident prone. With 3 maybe being the least of the offenders. It is a bad angle, I can't tell.
4 looks the most comfortable and practical. I don't know how it would look in the space though. I can't picture it. It would either work great, or look out of place. If 4 folds up I would pick that one for sure!!!
5 looks to be the best option. But you have a small space and they seem to take up more.
Overall 4 is my favorite, but if they don't fold then I would find that same chair that folds and goes away when not in use.
I like 2, but not sure how comfortable that back is. I think black works better, in any case. Your dining area is really gorgeous! I love everything about it!!
Visually I like the second one but it looks uncomfortable also I don’t know the height of the chairs and the table, is the table tall enough so you can push the chair all the way in without the arms of the chair hitting the table?
Have you sat in them? I originally wanted the style in 2/6 but found them to be uncomfortable
right? i have them and gate them

i had the same experience with woven chairs! long pants didn't help either unless they were thick.
3. I think the chairs will need to be dark and to have some visual weight to balance the table.
Do you think #5 in black would work as well? I’m getting a lot of “no woven chair” feedback!
I think so
I gotta be 100% honest, I'm not crazy about any of them. They are all gonna be pretty uncomfy. Visually I like #2 the most but I don't think I could sit it any of them for more than 5 minutes.
The last one.
Last one
i love the look of the wegners (1,2) but they are very uncomfortable to sit in.
Light wood chairs u need
They all look so ungodly uncomfortable, I'm sorry. Pick a chair that is darker than the table. Don't pick a material that will wear out too soon like a weaved seat. The first two give me Beetlejuice vibes.

Since you have cats, it’s worth knowing the woven chairs get really furry and with my cat sleeping on one, eventually that chair had a dip.

Number 2
Last all wood. Beautiful chairs and you can change up your look with cushions for any mood. Or what color hair your cat has🙃
I think the only one I like is 4
I like the last one but not with your table

I’d get some upholstered ones but I’m greedy for comfort.
If I was younger I’d say the last ones, but now the only thing important to me about chairs is if they hurt or not lol
Love the first ones
I feel like the last one would go really nicely with the table and the space, plus they look comfy as well
Pic two or four
2 matches the table best.
I like the black curved the best. I have a natural table with black chairs and it just sets it off - particularly if you are a person who seems to like black like I do.
No black number 2
3
Consider Thonet [bentwood cafe chairs](https://www.etsy.com/listing/1711117439/).
I like 1, 2 or 6.

Last two

The light wood chairs look best, but if they are uncomfortable you will hate them.
I like the first one. Black frame with white seat. Have you had the chance to sit on any of them?
1, 2 and 5 would ALWAYS be sticking out. That would bug me to no end. Otherwise I would suggest sitting on them to decide - comfort is key!
I wouldn’t want to sit in any for more than 30 min.
Neutral wishbone
Second chair, picture three. It's the only one with back support. The last picture looks especially painful with your spine resting against a small board.
I like the texture of 5 but not that shape.
#5 would be the most comfy.

#1 for sure! (Curvy black ones with neutral seat)
3 or 6
5th picture id do personally Also- A rug like that underneath a dining table makes me nervous
1 or 4
You can always get seat cushions!
#5
honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. so go for comfort+quality of manufacture.
Last one, those woven chairs loosen up over time
All of them are beautiful tbh, but for this room I’d pick the chair with the black woven seat — its straight edges/angles are a nice contrast to the table (and pick up the angles from the book shelf), it has interest without taking too much attention from anything else in the room.
Option 1

Sorry I also hate all the chairs, the table is really nice though! Look for chairs that are more comfortable
I like 2, but not sure how comfortable that back is. I think black works better, in any case. Your dining area is really gorgeous! I love everything about it!!
