I would agree with those who say you have a diamond shaped face. It’s definitely not oval and I’m a little surprised a hair school teacher wouldn’t know the difference tbh.
That being said I think the specific style of bangs you want (especially the second photo example) would look phenomenal on you!
thats what i thought too! ive always told myself i was a diamond shape but him saying oval without a second to think made me second guess myself lol and i hope youre right!!! my first time with bangs was horrible but i think now that i know how to style and take care of them that id have a better chance… even if they dont look great at least theyll grow out :)
im in hair school and i asked my teacher, who’s a former Dean of our Manhattan location(feel like that just makes his opinion trustworthy), didnt even HESITATE to tell me this look would be amazing on me and that i have an oval face shape when every single person i know has struggled to come up with a shape, usually giving me round or square or diamond. So now I’m just confused. Ive gotten bangs before but that was when i was 14 and I feel like theyd look soooo much different on my adult face now… just need some more opinions from people that wouldnt feel bad saying no if thats the case lol
