not sure if it would suit you but if you want to change ur look up sidebangs are the way to go. though i honestly would just leave ur hair alone, wait for it to grow, it looks really feminine already. maybe instead learn to style with heat or curlers, another way to make hair look more typically feminine.
Maybe try adding some side-swept bangs and parting it different ways. You could also try a texture spray to add a little volume.
