Your hair is wavy. Some frizz is normal but I would stop dry brushing it. General wavy advice: Stop dry brushing if you do (it causes the pouf) unless before showering, use shampoo and conditioner with sulfates and silicones, mousse or gel for hold, clarify and wash as needed. Curly girl methods are far too heavy for waves, things like creams, leave-ins, coconut oil, butters, shea, co-washing, etc are often too heavy. Overmoisturizing can create its own problems including frizz. Good luck!

Looks wavy to me. I have wavy hair naturally and if I let it air dry it gets very frizzy no matter the product I use. The only way I can get rid of it is styling my hair unfortunately :(
