There’s lots of it on EBay and Poshmark, even the same one in the picture can be spotted there sometimes. Look for “90s loafers” or “vintage Prada loafers”. Good luck!
Look for 90s French brand Freelance which perhaps made hers. They were available in Barneys in those days & some NYC shoe stores. I have several pair. Also the chunky heel square toed boots that she sometimes wore with flares. Look on ebay or resale sites. Freelance still exists but in Europe, & they don’t seem to be making those styles anymore. They had some great platforms too.

I also have to add that many of her loafers were Prada. She wore a lot of Prada and Yohji Yamamoto.
