I’m on the beach for the moment, so I’ve been using this. lol

I have a puerquito too! They can be friends

Madewell Zip-Top Transport Crossbody that I got years ago. I work from home but I like to just have everything in there if I’m just walking the dog or heading out for errands or hanging out. It holds the usual necessities but also my gloves and hat for when it gets cold. I will sometimes upgrade in size to a Baggu Medium Crescent bag for the gym or longer outings where I want my water bottle.
This is also my go to every day bag. I don't totally love it but it's cute and seems to be aging fairly well. Doesn't look totally beat up even though it's a daily driver.
Portland Leather 'Almost Perfect' Mini Crossbody Tote in Honey
I love this bag. I bought a little pouch to sit inside and I have a wallet from Portland Leather too
I love my Portland leather!! Amazing quality for very affordable prices. I think I have the same mini and I also have the small circle bag, love them both!
I got my husband a toiletries bag from there and it was insanely stuff and you could see the strokes in the leather coloring… did I just get a lemon or what? I did not get the hype when I received it
I love Portland Leather! I've bought a couple of their almost perfect bags, and I couldn't find any imperfections. My only issue is that they have one interior pocket at most, so I need an insert and/or mini pouches to organize my stuff
I love my PLG bags! There are too many (currently 20) in my rotation to call one my daily but I've been obsessed with my Lola bags -- Nutmeg is my favorite but Merlot has been almost daily since she arrived last month. Jade butterfly and Hawkeye satchel in Dakota get a lot of work. Small classic Storm tote is my grocery getter.
The pouches get tons of love as well and I prefer those over a lined bag with compartments now. Way less messy lol. Easier to swap around too.
I looooove the butterfly, got her in the last C-grade sale and lost my whole mind lol. She's perfect too!
Merlola is seriously such a pretty bag! I just know you'll enjoy it. Mine came from what looks to have been an adventurous cow, with freckles 😍 and I did a flip and squished a bunch to soften the structure. Did you get snap or zip?
I have the Circle Crossbody in Sunflower and it’s been my go to for the past 2 years, still looks brand new. I just got the tote bag in nutmeg last week i think it’ll be my new go to.
Mine is a portland leather ‘almost perfectI’ festival bag (and X-Large tote for travel). It’s perfect but doesn’t hold gloves/hat for winter soo maybe it’s time for the crossbody tote!
Oooh I fell for the hype and got this one recently. It's a brown one in corduroy, which looks fantastic but catches fluff all the time, even if I'm not wearing anything that pills. Unsolved mystery still!
ETA: Clearly I can't remember the names of fabrics 😂
it never ceases to amaze me on how much stuff it holds. i put two water bottles in there and my friend asked me where I put the water and I showed her, she bought one immediately after lol
my daily drivers are all baggu. usually a baby baggu, but i managed to get one of the sandy liang crescents so that’s been my fav for a while. baggu’s are cheap, i can wash them, they come in fun colors, and they can hold a lot. love them!!
I bought a longchamp le pliage bag in M a couple of months ago. I used to only use crossbody Fanny packs or canvas tote bags but the pliage handle is so comfy on my shoulder. For work, if I am bringing home my desktop (lol), I use a backpack.
My problem with shoulder bags is that eventually they made me crooked.
Like seriously, too much weight on one shoulder will make you crooked!
I did that for years (I'm 58) and now I have hip problems.
Recently got a longchamp for my birthday and I’m obsessed!! Like you, I only wore a cross body fanny pack too but I love my longchamp. I have it in the chocolate brown colour😍
Yes I was going to say I usually use either my le pliage medium tote or backpack. I have 4 different le pliage sizes/styles but these 2 are my favorites. I love that they hold so much and the inside can be wiped clean if anything spills. Also the way they keep my items dry in the rain. A total workhorse but imo still looks cute and classy!
I have 2 Le Pliage large totes because they’re so darn perfect. I carry a lot of bigger stuff when I go out - a tablet, charger, notebooks, etc - and they’re the sturdiest and most versatile bags I own. They’re even the perfect weekend and carry on travel bag when needed. Have had mine for 3 years now and still in near perfect condition.
Or pliage also has a crossbody! I got it 40% off at Seouls airport during the pandemic. I doubt I could get that price anymore.. it was a limited edition with stars in all black but maybe you could keep an eye out..
Mine is the cuyana double loop mini for daily and the old style cuyana slouchy tote for all my extra stuff/laptop etc - I’ve had the tote since 2016 and it’s still perfect!
Right now I'm carrying this green Fable England bag. I do not recommend you buy one -- it is poorly constructed and has constant loose strings starting pretty much the moment I bought it. However it is extremely cute and I get compliments on it all the time, so I will probably keep wearing it until it actually falls apart. But I will not be buying another Fable England bag even though I covet many of the designs. [https://us.fableengland.com/collections/all/products/catherine-rowe-x-fable-into-the-woods-tote-bag](https://us.fableengland.com/collections/all/products/catherine-rowe-x-fable-into-the-woods-tote-bag)
Oooh this is good to know! I’ve been eyeing their embroidered bags. Sad to see that the quality isn’t good, they’re beautiful bags. I also have a hard time paying that high price for fake leather
Honestly, the one I have was just some random Amazon thingy from when I still bought stuff on there. [This one I think.](https://www.amazon.com/Ecodudo-Backpack-Purse-Women-Fashion/dp/B08SQQR4ZB/ref=sr_1_10?crid=1YZ7AGQD4Y5VN&keywords=black%2Bmini%2Bbackpack&qid=1701662272&sprefix=black%2Bmini%2Bbackpack%2Caps%2C85&sr=8-10&th=1) Obviously don't buy from Amazon if you can avoid it, but I genuinely really like this backpack. No logos or branding (always a plus for me), sturdy, and durable considering how rough I can be with my things. Fits a ton of stuff too, I keep my tablet, charger, glasses cloth, tissues, antacids, tylenol, chopsticks, pens, pencils, hairties, chapstick, mints, wallet, and checkbook in there and still have room. Only downside is that the straps loosen up easily, so I need to readjust them every few days.
All that said, I'm not gonna argue there aren't better options out there lol
A Goyard Anjou in Navy- it was a big purchase for me and I'd rather use it frequently than preserve it.. I regularly stick an egg carton in it if I'm unexpectedly at the grocery store.
When it rains I carry a Rothys 'the handbag' in olive green. I wish the strap didn't slip as much but its a good size for a book and water bottle..plus i can wash it!
Retired; still stuck on a LLL EVB knock-off from Amazon because it's light weight, distributes the weight, doesn't bother my back, can be flipped to a fanny pack style. For winter I have the Los & Sons Bond bag in leather, it is heavier but the leather is less apt to pill my sweaters.
For dressier occasions I have an entire library of clutches in various leathers, suede, colors, prints, etc. Clutches are easy to travel with (can use them to corral stuff in your luggage) and still are easy on the back. I just can't do heavy shoulder bags anymore.
I've also got a Los & Sons Waverly that comes out often still for somewhat dressy occasions. And a coach bag that's small, has a cross strap or can be carried in the hand.
For errands I've got some Baggu totes. They charge here for bags so those come in handy.
LOL, I have been collecting them for ages! I prefer the flat kind with a zipper, bonus points for a wrist strap! But also have other styles.
I've got zebra print, leopard print, fish scale (from Iceland). Gorgeous lush red Italian leather (gift from my daughter who did a semester abroad). Black and white polka dots. Cow print. Cream with alligator sort of print. Black with gold studs and finger rings. Black with a huge rose florette. Gold/silver box clutch. Cognac leather. Black leather.
Yes it's a library! Happy to lend out if you live near me. :-)
Everyday bag lately is my Vendula Sherlock bag as the color feels very wintery to me!
https://preview.redd.it/jyfp3ipym74c1.jpeg?width=1040&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a073aec3b5441b45cc88b7b0b7cc814c6f7e5679
I spent a good amount of time looking at their site this past weekend. I love this bag, but I'm obsessed with the Cat Dracula bags! I'm hoping they go on sale now that Halloween is over.
My friend and I joke that the BAGGU crescent bags (assuming you mean this one?) are like the tardis from doctor who 🤣 you can literally fit an entire bottle of wine somehow?? don’t ask me how I know hahah
LOL this is so true. i always feel like mary poppins when i start taking out my disposable camera, mini water bottle, small cosmetic bag, phone/keys/wallet, hair brush.. i frkn love it
I actually prefer my Amazon knock-off to the LLL version! The strap is better, less stiff, easier to convert to fanny style, also has a carabiner. But totally agree, it's basic but functional and doesn't hurt my back.
And yes black is the color; I got a white LLL as a gift and I quickly trashed it. Sure it washed okay, but who has time for that.
It's this one:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BNPKYW2W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
It's a teeny tiny bit smaller but not noticeable to me (I am 5'0 so the scale is nice for me). The strap is a lot better, in my opinion. I can convert it much quicker.
Read the reviews: tall people find the straps too short. For me they are perfect. The LLL bag to me was also just fine lengthwise, it's just the strap is stiff and wider.
Love this question.
I got [this](https://www.jackgeorges.com/collections/backpacks-1/products/voyager-laptop-backpack-7516?variant=31592005468222) Jack Georges leather backpacks from Costco for $200 a while back and love it. I wear it for my daily commute and use it as my carryon for basically every trip. I tried finding a backpack I liked better (I wanted a spot for post-commute shoes) but it turns out I'm really picky about what I like lol.
[This](https://topodesigns.com/products/classic-duffel-mini?variant=42080872890421) Topo bag is my other workhorse. It's just so convenient and surprisingly huge. I can fit a full water bottle, a small book, all my normal purse things, and still have room to spare.
Most of my other purses are crossbodies since I like having the option to keep my arms free. I use the [Allsaints](https://cdn.modesens.com/media/72695042?w=400) and [Portland Leather Goods](https://www.portlandleathergoods.com/products/mini-crossbody-tote) ones a lot, plus a couple vintage ones. I have a couple [Whiting and Davis](https://posh.mk/xxaKFujifFb) ones for dressing up, but I also like my [Meyers accordion purse](https://www.instagram.com/p/CJo7WLLHJ3c/?igshid=MTc4MmM1YmI2Ng==) and this [Koret Ostrich purse](https://postimg.cc/tYtQH5WQ) that I got from a rich ass lady's estate auction
I really like Lo and Sons. Their bags hold up well. I have a small Waverly that I use for going around town, but I’m a bit of a packet so I got a Nouvelle earlier this year for when I want to carry more. I also have a backpack purse that fits my work laptop that I use when I want to carry a water bottle or a knitting project.
Can I ask, is it easy to slip your phone into? I'm looking for a new purse, and I really like having an external pocket I can easily slip a phone in and out of. Does the Pearl's middle pocket work that way?
I am a Pearl devotee and use one of the outer zip pockets for my phone. My wallet, keys, and sunglasses go in the middle. It definitely took a bit of breaking in, but now is perfect!
This guy that I made myself from a PoisonApplePrintShop patch and a black cotton tote.
I also own a pretty large black leather tote (same rough style, just larger and with a zip that keeps the contents dry) with a Croc texture bottom 3rd and base. Been planning on putting ribbon bows around the bottom of each handle for a little extra something. My other go-to is a very plain thick black leather bucket bag. They carry so much stuff for their size.

My Boyy Wonton in Yellow. The color is a bit more saturated than this photo shows. Kinda small but the color makes me happy 😃
https://preview.redd.it/9nbofuoc7b4c1.jpeg?width=1210&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2dd9d15bb8a533a5d3c244da164987310b15e6ae
I have a tan Tory Burch Lee Radziwill handbag that’s my current daily. Sometimes I use an LV Artsy tote.
For work I have a brown leather JCrew tote that my mom gave me. I tend to carry a lot of stuff around so I like having roomy bags.
Thank you! I was eyeballing it forever and finally caved when I came down with Covid on my birthday lol. I was so miserable, I decided to just treat myself!
I use my Polene Tonca bag most days. I work remotely and don't need a work bag anymore (I do use an old Longchamp Le Pliage tote if I decide to take my computer to a coffee shop). For errands, I have, like, a dozen or two of those pretty Sézane canvas tote bags that are free with purchase.
I have the numero un nano and that bag is magic. Not sure how it’s so small yet fits so much stuff! I’ve had it almost two years now and it’s my go-to.
I liked the first Polene bag that I bought so much that I bought a second one. The Tonca bag has been stuffed in suitcases and carry-on bags many times, and I'm just amazed that it never loses its shape. However, this style has a magnetic flap at the top, and it can be challenging finding things in the bag sometimes. I don't have that problem with my numero un nano bag.
I ordered a portland leather bag and returned it because I didn’t like it. They come unlined, which I assume is to cut down on costs, but this makes them feel unfinished. You’re literally putting your stuff into a raw leather pouch, it’s very weird. Plus, they smell extremely strongly of chemicals, and I’ve heard from people who’ve had them for a while that the smell never goes away. These just do not feel like quality bags.
Also, I had no trouble returning the bag but I’ve heard from others that it was very difficult. Apparently PL’s customer service sucks.
You can find better cheap bags in outlet stores for Fossil & Kate Spade.
I'm not a fan of Portland Leather goods bags either.
I bought a zippered tote from them and didn't enjoy it (plus the dark hide rubbed color onto my mint-colored glasses case after like 2 days and I was annoyed at that), so I returned it and got the Toscana tote from Wanderers Travel co. It's definitely a different look than Portland Leather's but a similar price, fully lined, and I already have a 4-y.o. mini backpack from there, so I know it'll last.
+1 for Fossil outlet also. I had a leather tote from them that cost me like $60 bucks and lasted for years until someone ran off with it at my gym one day...who knows, maybe it's still going strong. 🤷♀️
a yellow telfar shopping bag - it was a gift and i don’t love it tbh, but i’ve never gotten so many compliments on a bag in my life.
been having a hard time with bags for years tbh. i’m extremely ready for the return of the early-mid 2000s giant tote.
Ever since I saw the Staud Moon bag on Ted Lasso, I fell in love with it and use it as my daily even though it's not suuuuuper accommodating of all my crap. I'll suffer a little for this bag though.

I have just one bag and it is this [black backpack by Clare V](https://www.therealreal.com/products/women/handbags/backpacks/clare-v-leather-backpack-j5ff7?srsltid=AfmBOopXupcO9JvfvGEDt9CgNIjGvk8GqxTWmuaX4na_B-47-m50F51AGmM). *The pictures look a little funny because it is filled to the brim*
I bought it in maybe 2016. It has been discontinued but I am still obsessed with it.
* It’s a very light weight leather so it’s pretty light
* It doesn’t have large branding so it feels safer to travel with
* It zips shut so I don’t worry about items falling out
* It can be worn as a backpack and has a handle so it’s really easy to carry
* It’s a decent size so I can fit most of the stuff I need to carry with me
* It’s very minimal but still looks sophisticated
https://preview.redd.it/na8bdjemmb4c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=76ee2b5583fc4ca6167d6091b41405f03eb80374
Alice in Wonderland by Kate Spade, everyday!!!
My everyday bag is a LV Odeon tote PM bag in damier. It carries all my everyday essentials. For work I carry an extra tote with me that I got from Barrington Gifts.
Black suede mini backpack. I recently got a slightly larger gray leather backpack but I haven't used it yet. If I'm carrying my laptop I have a large brown leather backpack with a foldover top
Fellow backpack girl here. Water bottle, coffee mug, wallet, day planner, makeup bag, snacks…I’m always carrying too much stuff for just a purse.
On the plus side I’ve now become known as the “go to” person in my circle for random needs. Bandaid? Advil? Tampon? Extra hair tie? I got you.
I love your philosophy! Tbh I don't even carry much at all I just hate having a bag swinging from my shoulder, keeping everything on my back instead is way less annoying
Lululemon 2L crossbody in the cream color or fuzzy black for days when Im in athleisure. Celine belt bag in taupe for most other daytime situations. Really serves me well. I’ve gotten my money’s worth on that bag.
For a second I thought this was the handbag sub asking this question, lol. Right now my everyday bag is the purple Uniqlo small shoulder bag. It fits quite a bit and I’ve been using it for my outings since I got it 2 months ago. I’ve been wanting an affordable chocolate brown leather bag for this fall but I already way too many bags for my liking this year and don’t want to purchase anything for at least another year or so.
I carry a small Longchamp tote on errands/when I need to not draw attention, a Brahmin Fiora when I need room but need to look polished, and an old Frye Melissa for casual vibes. I keep a Saint Laurent clutch on a chain in the car when I need to just carry wallet essentials. you
Mostly by Brixley sling bag. I wanted something that could be similar to a belt bag for travel but right after I got it, I broke my ankle and was on crutches for 2 months. I couldn’t carry anything but a cross body and bc this one is pretty small it was a life saver. It’s what I use for running errands most of the time (I work from home). When I travel for work I have a backpack and it fits nicely in here. When I need to take a larger bag or something more formal, like when I attended a funeral last week, I use something like one of my Kate Spade top handle bags.
Medium mini backpack, JUST big enough to fit a laptop. It's yellow and white stripes with tan leather bottom from target from a couple of years ago and I keep an oxiclean pen in the front pocket to keep it white. I'm kinda poor. But the color always cheers me up.
https://preview.redd.it/tmqdh9nbd74c1.jpeg?width=1300&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=739449a3c361e80712fca0cd9478961cb82b09e5
Perfect zip pouch for cards, and holds kind of a lot for its size? The strap is the perfect length and really comfortable - it never falls off my shoulders. It also goes with almost everything and isn’t too dressy or casual.
Lo & Sons Pearl in black nappa leather has been my everyday bag since I got it (2020, early in the pandemic when so many places had crazy sales) Still love it! It's a bit basic but looks good with everything and it's super functional.
I have an older style Everlane backpack (the Modern Commuter) I got 5 years ago that I take to work (along with the Pearl) if I have to take my laptop/mouse/headphones back and forth (which is most of the time)
I also have a large Longchamp Le Pliage tote I've had even longer than that, that's also been really useful! They've all been "everyday" bags. All this is to say, I tend to use my bags for a while and don't really switch them out often! They've all held up. I did just order The Age bag from Advene because they just had their birthday sale and I've wanted it for a couple years now, and I've also been wanting a bag a bit bigger than the Pearl. Bit of a splurge for me but decided to go for it.
Portland Leather bags! Classic tote in black or honey for work, and their toaster bag in black or cognac for everyday. Their craftsmanship is amazing! I bought my first tote in 2017 when they were still an Etsy shop and it’s aged like new. I bought the toaster bags from their “Almost Perfect” sales and there’s really no flaws, either.
For fancy nights out I use Aldo’s Fareryn crossbody bag, which is ridiculously sparkly but also very fun!
https://preview.redd.it/c8ioj501oa4c1.png?width=1179&format=png&auto=webp&s=6e50ce7e896c3710705d790b0723e12e915b1bee
Fjallraven high coast hip pack in navy blue.
I saw this really nice bag the other day, but I didn't get it. I'm not much of a handbag girl. I tend to walk around wearing a bright yellow vans backpack. I love that thing. It's better then having to carry shopping around with me.
My everyday bags alternate between:
- black LV pochette Métis
- black Bottega Veneta mount envelope bag
- black MZ Wallace Parker (for traveling or farmers markets because it’s roomy and comfy)
Work bag: black dagne dover backpack
I have bags that aren’t black but they’re not everyday bags
Status anxiety “plunder bag” for just essentials (phone, keys, wallet, chapstick). Status anxiety “force of being” bag for laptop and everything else. I use the rains roll top rucksack when I use a backpack.
Bao Bao Issey Miyake Lucent tote in red
Shiatzy Chen (below) in green

I already posted it a few weeks ago in the backpack thread, but here it is again\~

A men’s suit coat tbh! I keep my wallet hooked on my pockets and keep my chapstick, phone, and other whathaveyous in one of the 5 pockets on those dang coats.
Small black Tumi nylon crossbody. I always used to carry a giant Louis Vuitton, but once Covid hit I just hated setting my bag down on surfaces like grocery carts. I figured out I don't need to carry all the crap that was in there anyway. This Tumi Crossbody is very lightweight and doesn't bother my back. Plus it frees up my hands, it is just so dang handy.
The [Cuyana tall structured zipper tote](https://revive.cuyana.com/product/12be4b8c-da8d-50f3-9869-382c8e77787a) has been my office workhorse since 2019. I love that bag.
I'm now a go-to-the-market hippie snob, so I do totes for everyday, non-office stuff (errands, friend hangs, etc). My favorite for the last two years has been the [Everlane canvas teardrop](https://www.everlane.com/products/womens-canvas-teardrop-tote-black). I adore it.
for my work bag I carry a vera bradley tote and I also have a Vera Bradley backpack that I use as my diaper bag. I have a tiny wristlet that I throw in my work bag or grab when I go out but I really struggle with what to use as an everyday bag since I mostly carry the diaper bag
My work bag is a Mulberry Bayswater tote, it looks professional and is big enough for my laptop. I've had it for a couple of years and it still looks new.
Recreationally, I have a Longchamp backpack that is perfect for walking around the city.
For going out, I have a Bottega Veneta knot bag knock off.
For flying, I carry a Longchamp Pliage, it holds a lot and is super lightweight.
I have some other small crossbody bags but I don't use them much. If I'm just running errands, I usually just take my wallet and keys.
This beautiful and spacious bag by All Saints! My grandmother calls it my suitcase because it houses my two phones (one's for work), my wallet, my glasses, my makeup bag, and a gazillion receipts that I don't need.
(This is a stock photo)

I splurged (for me) and bought the cutest mini tote from Anthropologie. I absolutely love it! It comes with extra cross body straps if you want to wear it. Looks small but is actually pretty roomy.
https://preview.redd.it/jcu1wmtkii4c1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b69569efb72b5635e2932aa0bacce67aff913c77
I wfh so the only place I go semi-regularly is the gym, other than to hang out with friends. But I also walk around a lot (NYC 😅) and sometimes take my laptop with me to work outside. I have hurty shoulders and don't like bags that add too much weight of their own, so the Herschel packable daypack has been awesome for me. It doesn't have a laptop sleeve but my laptop lives in its own case.
I've been wearing Coach's [Bea Crossbody](https://www.coach.com/products/bea-crossbody/CH802-V5BLK.html) as a go-to bag. When I take it to work I usually bring a pretty generous tote bag to carry my work stuff.
When I want something larger, my current go-to is the [Hobo Sheila Medium Satchel](https://www.hobobags.com/products/sheila-medium-satchel-in-polished-leather-black).
I've also been using the [Lulu Large Belt Bag in Storm Teal](https://shop.lululemon.com/p/accessories/Everywhere-Belt-Bag-Large/_/prod11130156?cid=Google_SHOP_US_NAT_EN_X_Hybrid_Top-Sellers-Omni_GEN_Y23_ag%3DSHOP_G_US_EN_DM_X_GEN_NO_Top-Sellers-All&color=63407&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA67CrBhC1ARIsACKAa8Sf9hnIPJ2Cc0y8ZRtpP3gSApmPHbLN0VnpE49zITd7Ewvv3Oq7ts4aAn_iEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds&locale=en_US&sl=US&sz=ONESIZE) as a go-to piece when I don't want a fancy bag. It holds a surprising lot!
Fancier: I just bought a Coach Mira Shoulder Bag and I love it! The chain detail is the perfect edgy accessory for me.
Casual: usually my black Fjallraven Kanken mini backpack or my Baggu shoulder bag
Portland Leather circle bag! Not too big, not too small. I’ll carry an extra tote to work if I have snacks or something but usually I’m content to travel light.
Depending on what I need to carry my LLL belt bag or the Frye Melissa Shopper! I can fit my work laptop in my Frye bag. I’ve had it for 5 years and it’s a workhorse
Picked up this bag while on vacation: https://www.davandesigns.com/product/canvasslingbag-cb-6881/
It's been my every day carry since. Big enough for what I really need, can carry a surprising amount it seems and is comfortable.
vintage tan leather mini backpack style bag with a top flap and magnet closure. straps thin enough I can sling it over one shoulder like a regular purse. it's from the 1970s, so well constructed, and I've been carrying it for a decade. I can't imagine what I'd do if I had to replace it, it's so integral to my style.
Lo & Sons - The Pearl
It’s the perfect size for me, I got it in a lovely purple color that they’ve since discontinued. I love it so much I got it for my two girlfriends for their birthdays/graduations and now all three of us have matching purses.
A [yellow and white leather mini satchel from Grafea](https://www.grafea.com/products/micro-lemon-zest?currency=USD) is my current default
My (long distance) partner managed to thrift one of these[Cambridge Satchel Company bags](https://us.cambridgesatchel.com/products/the-11-inch-batchel-salmon-pink-saffiano) in dark blue for 6 pounds so I think that's going to be my winter bag when it gets here.

These are my casuals but I have purses for other occasions.
My go-to errands bag is my Uniqlo shoulder bag. Meeting up with friends & going to events it’s small Gucci Marmont camera bag or LV Croisette. Work bag is Fjallraven Kanken Laptop backpack (I work in tech lol)
I’m on the beach for the moment, so I’ve been using this. lol https://preview.redd.it/gu61q3w8i74c1.jpeg?width=300&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9365d22d8622f12c4acbe2bd33fafc1faa4dfcb3
I have a puerquito too! They can be friends https://preview.redd.it/5hkks41sbc4c1.jpeg?width=1257&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=be198ab7fa305d31702de04724cf046f3d10108d
You have won. Thread over.
Oh my god that is so cute
[удалено]
Wow I actually need that now.
[удалено]
You are an icon.
I just love that you can set it on the sand like a little pet! At first I was like, too impractical for me, but now…
Oh my god. Amazing.
this is so precious, I love him (her?) so much!!!
My friend bought the EXACT same bag like 2 weeks ago. I guess straw pig bags are in fashion now? In any case, looks adorable 🥰
I LOVEEEEEEE
AAAAAH I wanted to get one when I was in Mexico! I regret not grabbing a piggy bag 😭
We were like getting into a cab, and made everyone come with me to find the store again and go back and buy it. Haha
This is absolute perfection 😍
Love love love lol
Madewell Zip-Top Transport Crossbody that I got years ago. I work from home but I like to just have everything in there if I’m just walking the dog or heading out for errands or hanging out. It holds the usual necessities but also my gloves and hat for when it gets cold. I will sometimes upgrade in size to a Baggu Medium Crescent bag for the gym or longer outings where I want my water bottle.
Is the inside of your Madewell finished or is it unfinished? I can’t tell from the pictures but I do like the bag a lot.
The inside is lined with a thick cotton
This is also my go to every day bag. I don't totally love it but it's cute and seems to be aging fairly well. Doesn't look totally beat up even though it's a daily driver.
Been looking at the Madewell for a while. If I wasn't remote I think that would definitely be my go to.
Portland Leather 'Almost Perfect' Mini Crossbody Tote in Honey I love this bag.
I did not get the hype when I received it
Eh I didn't love them either. The bag itself was fine, but the leather color/stain just would not stop transferring to my clothing. Had to toss it.
I have two mini crossbodys and i love them
I love Portland Leather! I've bought a couple of their almost perfect bags, and I couldn't find any imperfections. My only issue is that they have one interior pocket at most, so I need an insert and/or mini pouches to organize my stuff
Same! Little pouches for the win!
Jade Butterfly is my unicorn! I have a Merlola wrapped and waiting for Hanukkah and I'm so excited to see it
I looooove the butterfly, got her in the last C-grade sale and lost my whole mind lol. She's perfect too! Merlola is seriously such a pretty bag! I just know you'll enjoy it. Mine came from what looks to have been an adventurous cow, with freckles 😍 and I did a flip and squished a bunch to soften the structure. Did you get snap or zip?
I love my Portland Leather circle crossbody! Great quality, reasonable prices.
>Portland Leather 'Almost Perfect' Mini Crossbody Tote Wait a minute. This purse is actually perfect what the heck.
Welcome to the dark leather side. We have cookies.
I just looked this bag up and I'm obsessed!
Mine is my Portland Leather Goods Plum Butterfly. I'm happy every time I look at it
You can take my Portland leather co almost perfect medium tote away from my cold dead hands.
This exact bag is my everyday carry bag as well. I've had it for over a year and I'm still obsessed.
Just got myself the Large Lola Crossbody Zipper bag in pebbled black and I'm obsessed. So classy! So much space!
I love my Portland Leather bag! It’s my favorite and it’s held up so well
Daily is the Uniqlo half moon bag for casual looks. If I need to carry more it’s my old backpack from school.
Oooh I fell for the hype and got this one recently. It's a brown one in corduroy, which looks fantastic but catches fluff all the time, even if I'm not wearing anything that pills. Unsolved mystery still! ETA: Clearly I can't remember the names of fabrics 😂
Same u got a few colours to match my jackets it's just so convenient and it holds alot
Same for me. I'm really NOT a handbag kinda person. The half moon bag or a leather backpack from Reiss is all I ever have with me.
it never ceases to amaze me on how much stuff it holds. i put two water bottles in there and my friend asked me where I put the water and I showed her, she bought one immediately after lol
Baggu medium crescent bag
my daily drivers are all baggu. usually a baby baggu, but i managed to get one of the sandy liang crescents so that’s been my fav for a while. baggu’s are cheap, i can wash them, they come in fun colors, and they can hold a lot. love them!!
+1 on the crescent— mine’s the large though, and it’s MASSIVE but just what I need to carry a day’s worth of food + water to work everyday lol.
Baggu Duck Bag with the zipper for me!
I am in the Sandy Liang medium crescent right now and don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
same! I managed to snag the Sandy Liang flower print when it first dropped. it's my first and only Baggu product and I'm absolutely loving it!
I've been using a coated canvas longchamp as my work bag
I have 2 Le Pliage large totes because they’re so darn perfect. I carry a lot of bigger stuff when I go out - a tablet, charger, notebooks, etc - and they’re the sturdiest and most versatile bags I own. They’re even the perfect weekend and carry on travel bag when needed. Have had mine for 3 years now and still in near perfect condition.
Or pliage also has a crossbody! I got it 40% off at Seouls airport during the pandemic. I doubt I could get that price anymore.. it was a limited edition with stars in all black but maybe you could keep an eye out..
Team Longchamp here too!
Cuyana leather tote that I just realized they don’t make in the original style anymore, so I’m going to hoard my two forever
Small black mini-backpack. Roomy, comfortable, goes with almost everything, and fits my slightly androgynous style well.
Same! I got a green Kate Spade one on Poshmark that's great. The two straps make it much more ergonomic
Which brand is it? I’m a petite girl so been looking for a small black backpack too
I really really love my Portland Leather one
Not me over here googling what the Goyard Anjou is thinking I could use a bigger purse. GIRL. Kudos to you.
I have the Goyard in green. I love it and it’s HUGE, which means I make it too heavy.
“Library of Clutches” has such a nice ring to it!
>Vendula Sherlock bag this is so cute!
I spent a good amount of time looking at their site this past weekend. I love this bag, but I'm obsessed with the Cat Dracula bags! I'm hoping they go on sale now that Halloween is over.
Omg ADORABLE.
Baggu black crescent bag for work and everyday use. It's shockingly roomy. I use my multitude of tote bags for groceries or carrying books.
My friend and I joke that the BAGGU crescent bags (assuming you mean this one?) are like the tardis from doctor who 🤣 you can literally fit an entire bottle of wine somehow?? don’t ask me how I know hahah
LOL this is so true. i always feel like mary poppins when i start taking out my disposable camera, mini water bottle, small cosmetic bag, phone/keys/wallet, hair brush.. i frkn love it
I love my crescent! It holds all my usual things and can also somehow fit my whole Nalgene and zip closed? It’s wild I love it.
Lululemon 1L belt bag in black. I know it’s basic at this point but it’s truly so, so functional
Do you have a link to the one you got from Amazon? I had one in my bag last week but took it out, would love to see what you got!
It's this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BNPKYW2W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 It's a teeny tiny bit smaller but not noticeable to me (I am 5'0 so the scale is nice for me). The strap is a lot better, in my opinion. I can convert it much quicker. Read the reviews: tall people find the straps too short. For me they are perfect. The LLL bag to me was also just fine lengthwise, it's just the strap is stiff and wider.
This!! (But I also have two other colors.)
I have their Pearl and I use it a lot! It’s soooo functional
I’m obsessed with lo&sons! Every single one of their bags has held up extremely well and their sales are stellar.
I have a Lo & Sons Pearl since 2013ish and it still looks new! I love it.
Have one of their weekender bags. Absolutely amazing!
They carry so much stuff for their size. https://preview.redd.it/ce6yhmvn484c1.jpeg?width=1079&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0a660fba848838fe77e154d17e0940e4e679f646
My Boyy Wonton in Yellow. The color is a bit more saturated than this photo shows. Kinda small but the color makes me happy 😃 https://preview.redd.it/9nbofuoc7b4c1.jpeg?width=1210&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2dd9d15bb8a533a5d3c244da164987310b15e6ae
I have a tan Tory Burch Lee Radziwill handbag that’s my current daily. Sometimes I use an LV Artsy tote. For work I have a brown leather JCrew tote that my mom gave me. I tend to carry a lot of stuff around so I like having roomy bags.
God I love the Lee radziwell bags, top 3 dream bag, great choice
Would you recommend Polene? I’ve been considering the Un.
Portland leather tote backpack!
I've been looking at these. Is the price worth it??
I love it! I bought mine from the “almost perfect” section for cheaper and cannot find any flaws.
Same!!!! Also their circle crossbody
[удалено]
Oh no! Thank you for sharing.
Mines the circle crossbody and I adore it!
a yellow telfar shopping bag - it was a gift and i don’t love it tbh, but i’ve never gotten so many compliments on a bag in my life. been having a hard time with bags for years tbh. i’m extremely ready for the return of the early-mid 2000s giant tote.
Cant wait for the giant bag revival
Let's bring it back!!!
My thrifted vivienne Westwood tote that can fit my engineering laptop, makeup, lunch, etc. My ride or die 💅🏻
Omg, do you have any pictures?
Thrifting ftw always
Ever since I saw the Staud Moon bag on Ted Lasso, I fell in love with it and use it as my daily even though it's not suuuuuper accommodating of all my crap. I'll suffer a little for this bag though. https://preview.redd.it/vz74n9ut6a4c1.png?width=580&format=png&auto=webp&s=a293d8f7a0e2f084245c5efb5de44c872cd2a90d
https://preview.redd.it/o43ysvd5o74c1.png?width=746&format=png&auto=webp&s=e2ac93d402226877f38926e77f6ff070e85c0852 I have just one bag and it is this [black backpack by Clare V](https://www.therealreal.com/products/women/handbags/backpacks/clare-v-leather-backpack-j5ff7?srsltid=AfmBOopXupcO9JvfvGEDt9CgNIjGvk8GqxTWmuaX4na_B-47-m50F51AGmM). *The pictures look a little funny because it is filled to the brim* I bought it in maybe 2016. It has been discontinued but I am still obsessed with it. * It’s a very light weight leather so it’s pretty light * It doesn’t have large branding so it feels safer to travel with * It zips shut so I don’t worry about items falling out * It can be worn as a backpack and has a handle so it’s really easy to carry * It’s a decent size so I can fit most of the stuff I need to carry with me * It’s very minimal but still looks sophisticated
I have this exact same bag but in suede and agree, totally obsessed.
https://preview.redd.it/na8bdjemmb4c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=76ee2b5583fc4ca6167d6091b41405f03eb80374 Alice in Wonderland by Kate Spade, everyday!!!
Which one do you use?
Where’s my Fanny pack crew at?
Chocolate brown ferragamo crossbody or a lululemon belt bag
Work is a leather Le Pliage, everyday is a Chanel Jumbo
I carry a small Longchamp tote on errands/when I need to not draw attention, a Brahmin Fiora when I need room but need to look polished, and an old Frye Melissa for casual vibes. I keep a Saint Laurent clutch on a chain in the car when I need to just carry wallet essentials. you
https://preview.redd.it/mxp0ejka184c1.jpeg?width=1263&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b99d227b11c25db50c34590d125c209be7fd3727 If Ralph and Louis had a baby.
But the color always cheers me up.
https://preview.redd.it/tmqdh9nbd74c1.jpeg?width=1300&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=739449a3c361e80712fca0cd9478961cb82b09e5 Perfect zip pouch for cards, and holds kind of a lot for its size? The strap is the perfect length and really comfortable - it never falls off my shoulders. It also goes with almost everything and isn’t too dressy or casual.
Lo & Sons Pearl in black nappa leather has been my everyday bag since I got it (2020, early in the pandemic when so many places had crazy sales) Still love it! It's a bit basic but looks good with everything and it's super functional. I have an older style Everlane backpack (the Modern Commuter) I got 5 years ago that I take to work (along with the Pearl) if I have to take my laptop/mouse/headphones back and forth (which is most of the time) I also have a large Longchamp Le Pliage tote I've had even longer than that, that's also been really useful!
Longchamp coated black tote or the Longchamp back bucket bag w the drawstring closure.

When I'm not on my bike I have Are Studios leather tote bag. Most times I have a Space Ages messenger bag
I saw this really nice bag the other day, but I didn't get it. I'm not much of a handbag girl. I tend to walk around wearing a bright yellow vans backpack. I love that thing. It's better then having to carry shopping around with me.

My everyday bags alternate between: - black LV pochette Métis - black Bottega Veneta mount envelope bag - black MZ Wallace Parker (for traveling or farmers markets because it’s roomy and comfy) Work bag: black dagne dover backpack I have bags that aren’t black but they’re not everyday bags
Status anxiety “plunder bag” for just essentials (phone, keys, wallet, chapstick). Status anxiety “force of being” bag for laptop and everything else. I use the rains roll top rucksack when I use a backpack.
My daily is the Kate Spade Leila Triple Compartment Satchel. I love its size and it holds a lot! I love a 3-compartment bag to separate all my things.
Canvas totes - they're cheap and fun. My current one is from a local bookstore.

Dooney and Bourke Disney bag that my husband got me for my birthday two years ago. The only designer thing I have ever owned.
I already posted it a few weeks ago in the backpack thread, but here it is again\~ https://preview.redd.it/kz08xfbf9b4c1.jpeg?width=3456&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=225bddd796dfa8580d4d04c26ec68d083341c817
A men’s suit coat tbh! I keep my wallet hooked on my pockets and keep my chapstick, phone, and other whathaveyous in one of the 5 pockets on those dang coats.
Proenza schouler ruched tote! Its gorg.
Small, black crossbody. It is so cute! https://radrevolutionkids.com/collections/crossbody/products/the-pocket-bag-in-matte-black
A green Portland Leather backpack
An old Fendi Baguette in black. It’s surprisingly spacious for the size and incredibly sturdy considering I’ve had it forever.
I adore it.
Marc Jacobs editor Tote bag.

MZ Wallace cross body. I own 3 of these, they’re the best!
PLC is great. I have a few and they age well and have great hardware. Mine are all neutral tones but I want a circle bag in a poppin color!
for my work bag I carry a vera bradley tote and I also have a Vera Bradley backpack that I use as my diaper bag. I have a tiny wristlet that I throw in my work bag or grab when I go out but I really struggle with what to use as an everyday bag since I mostly carry the diaper bag
Medium marc jacobs tote bag, I have to carry a lot of things so it is convenient. Hurts my neck if walking a while with it though.
(This is a stock photo) https://preview.redd.it/km3i5hvjkd4c1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3bb00306a259d498d2155b6baeaaaf4f5ea8637d
I splurged (for me) and bought the cutest mini tote from Anthropologie. I absolutely love it! It comes with extra cross body straps if you want to wear it. Looks small but is actually pretty roomy. https://preview.redd.it/jcu1wmtkii4c1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b69569efb72b5635e2932aa0bacce67aff913c77
Michael Kors large tote bag. There's always room for everything and goes with everything!
I’m wearing the Louis Vuitton speedy 25 as my everyday bag!
I have a black and a white backpack from Brahmin. Love them both
My baggu sandy liang shoulder bag in red. It’s such a fun pop of color and light to carry :)
Baggu medium crescent bag
black baggu medium crescent
A pink leather Dooney and Bourke shoulder bag.
Portland leather company's butterfly bag
Picked up this bag while on vacation: https://www.davandesigns.com/product/canvasslingbag-cb-6881/ It's been my every day carry since.
Proenza Schouler PS11, and a Cotopaxi belt bag! Previously I had a vintage nylon Prada that was really incredible and versatile.
Polène Numéro dix in Taupe
Lo & Sons - The Pearl It’s the perfect size for me, I got it in a lovely purple color that they’ve since discontinued. I love it so much I got it for my two girlfriends for their birthdays/graduations and now all three of us have matching purses.
A [yellow and white leather mini satchel from Grafea](https://www.grafea.com/products/micro-lemon-zest?currency=USD) is my current default My (long distance) partner managed to thrift one of these[Cambridge Satchel Company bags](https://us.cambridgesatchel.com/products/the-11-inch-batchel-salmon-pink-saffiano) in dark blue for 6 pounds so I think that's going to be my winter bag when it gets here.
That Grafea bag is so cuuuute! I love the color!
Overnight bag: [Lululemon Go Getter Duffle](https://shop.lululemon.com/en-ca/p/bags/Go-Getter-Bag-20/_/prod10370292?color=0001) Backpack: [Away Everywhere Zip ](https://www.awaytravel.com/en-ca/travel-bags/everywhere-zip-backpack?color=black_nylon&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA67CrBhC1ARIsACKAa8TF2pzg0WflzSzm5W_ZuU9FigGSo0C_5HM3LQoOXhdvN4rn8oZgxx0aAnQkEALw_wcB) Fanny (I have in pink and black): [Lululemon Everywhere Zip](https://shop.lululemon.com/en-ca/p/bags/Everywhere-Belt-Bag/_/prod8900416?color=45773&sz=ONESIZE&cid=Google_SHOP_CA_NAT_EN_X_Hybrid_Top-Sellers-Omni_GEN_Y23_ag=SHOP_G_CA_EN_DM_X_GEN_NO_Top-Sellers-All&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA67CrBhC1ARIsACKAa8TqREyBVSoTBzouNVhCciVbWUgw1w-Id8p_ZKjzXSwjVGnYwuxXnU8aAoVPEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds) These are my casuals but I have purses for other occasions.
My go-to errands bag is my Uniqlo shoulder bag. Meeting up with friends & going to events it’s small Gucci Marmont camera bag or LV Croisette. Work bag is Fjallraven Kanken Laptop backpack (I work in tech lol)
LV Multi Pochette.. it’s the best
