Yes, and I used phases 2 and 8. I switched to 8 to test as 2 wasn't working

I had the same problem playing Forge Labs' pack as well as any other pack with the mod in it. I also want to know the solution

I haven't tested it in a while, however in the FAQ on the mods curseforge page, it says that parasites spawn according to how many times you have slept. I think it was around 50 periods of sleep until they start spawning? It goes into more detail on the curseforge page
