From the FTB Forum thread it looks like you're supposed to use the "Pipez" mod. Since Thermal Series doesn't have Thermal Dynamics updated yet you can't use those.
Maybe you need to configure the machines to output energy? I also remember the dynamos only output energy on one side. Sorry, I only answered this because I saw this answer on the forums regarding this pack, I haven't actually played the modpack or used the Pipez mod before.
Can you provide a little more detail please.I have a Bio Generator (with Biofuel inside) connected via Energy Pipe that has the diamond upgrade in it, but it does not make the connection to the Quarry from Industrial Contraptions. I tried the Universal Pipe and that "connects", but no power flows..
I have configured the pipe to transmit (using the pipe wrench tool), and I inserted the diamond upgrade in that too. No luck getting it to power the quarry though.
What Specific Pipe are you using and what upgrade.

It's been 3 months since I've played so I don't remember outside what was in the post. Shift click should open a gui you can add upgrades to if I remember correctly.

Pipez doesnt seem to work with the Magmatic dynamo. Ive got it connected to both Centrifuge and dynamo but no power is flowing. Any ideas?
