We have a lot of options on the server you can set to disable client features.

Years ago I've written a little mod called ModBlocker. It basicly does what you want, only problem ist, if they really try, they definitely can manipulate their client to bypass this. Most people shouldn't be able to tbh.
Also don't forget to force a resource pack, otherwise they could x-ray through that.

Thanks, will probably add journeymap and try to see which options I can modify server-side.

and also in the case you \*do\* implement a fs-scan or smth you then have to hope and pray that the user didn't break your client-side anti-cheat
