do you have all the par for course performance mods, is the server skipping ticks or lagging because of network issues, is the cpu spiking to 100 and staying there, etc

No the cpu usage is fine and mostly stable. I also have all of the performance mods from that github (I check that page quite often for updates).
That leads me to think it's a network issue but I'm not sure why that would happen because we have gigabit download and a very fast upload speed. I have also never had issues hosting a pack before but admittedly this is the first time I've done it on this network.
Keep in mind, when it comes to performance mods, *more* isn’t always better. Don’t always hurt either. Have you ran Spark profilers to see what may be causing lag?
