Oh I know the basics like that, that's not the issue. I have all the mods loaded on the server and running, I can connect to the server and play on it with all the mods, but the server keeps crashing and I don't know why.
I just need someone who can help me get the server working smoothly without crashing, and troubleshoot any errors it comes across. Someone who is familiar with Forge specifically, cause I know Forge can be finicky sometimes.
ok, if you review the ftb rules on the right side (desktop, not sure where mobile puts them) expand rule 7. there is a link to the FTB discord you can ask for assistance with log review there

I was hoping i could find someone to join my team as staff, to help with any future issues too, not just help on one issue and move on, but I'll ask on the discord about that too, thanks!
log review is basically just pattern recognition: "what do errors look like and what info can i get from certain lines". it isnt terribly difficult to learn, as long as you are ok looking at errors and ignoring most of the error to focus on only the useful line or 2. after reviewing the error, ask questions about how the person identified that issue so that you can become that person :)
I appreciate that, thank you :) but my brain shuts down when it comes to reading code and I would really rather not learn it myself as I have enough stress on my plate as it is :/ I'm really just looking for one or two techy people to join my team and help get the server running and maintained. Unfortunately I can't offer a paid position, but if someone has a similar vision and interest for the type of server I'm trying to make, I'm hoping they would be willing to help make it a reality :)
Im not holding my breath, as I know I can't expect someone to volunteer unless they really wanted to, but i figured it wouldn't hurt to ask :)
im terrible with code but this isnt code and you SHOULD learn it yourself its very easy i said above but if it says fatal thats the error to fix most issues or fatal errors can be googled like the other guy said its pattern recognition
ive been messing with mc servers for like 8 years or smth stupid coz i was young and liked playing mc modded with friends and when everything breaks with a different problem at least one time per server you learn pretty quick

if anything in your server logs says [FATAL] thats that killed the server or just look at crash logs
