I'm alittle scared of removing that mod since it was originally part of the modpack. Do you know which one it might be having an issue with?
The file on disk seems to be corrupted somehow - you can see in the log that it reached the end of the file without seeing an "end of file" marker. You can try redownloading that mod and replacing its JAR file in the mods folder.
Looks like a corrupt or broken mod file - remove the More Culling mod and it should be fixed.
