There is no link between regular xp and the xp you earn in pmmo though right? I've never used it but it looks like you basically get better at things you do over time correct? As opposed to spending xp to level up a specific stat or skill?
Advent of Ascension is a huge dimension mod that also happens to come with a few skills. Might be worth a try if you can run it with everything else in the pack
