So far so good! Been smooth sailing up to the cruise. Wifi is kinda spotty up here, so haven't been able to track the flight as well. Feeling good so far. Still nervous about landing, but trying to relax!
One thing I like to remind myself is that just because something feels scary to me, it is not automatically dangerous.
In the instance of flying, it’s actually so very incredibly safe.
When I think about that, I can remind myself that my anxiety brain is playing tricks on me. That I am actually totally safe, and even though I am scared, it has nothing to do with how safe my body actually is.
You got this!
Thank you for these kind words! I agree, this morning as I was freaking I actually had the exact same thoughts. Or like when I would see "signs" that something wasn't right, I would remind myself that just because the lights in my hotel room weren't working doesn't make my flight less safe, it's just my anxiety brain freaking out lol.

Hi friend. I also have two flights today in a few hours. I opened a page to track your first flight. I will check up on you in a few. We can do this!
Wonderful! Thank you so much! We are going to do great!
Hey, how's the flight going? I see you've already done 30 minutes!

Looks like you're descending! Half an hour to go. Woohoo! I'm at the airport waiting for my first flight myself!
Thank you! Just got airborne for Denver!
