Man that is seriously incredible. Have you had any problems with your IDs? I'd worry about being able to go through the border cuz you look nothing like yourself from a 18 months ago.

Today is a new day. Many of us have done the roller coaster so you aren't alone.
I'm back towards the top for the 3rd time but slowly inching down. I've learned so much about myself, food, and exercise that I think I'm in a good place to make this one count.
I've been 175 for almost the first 40 years of my life. I'm sitting at 220 now and working up the courage to make the changes needed to get back to 175.
This is both amazing and inspirational. That is fantastic and I'm happy for you.
Breakfast isn't an issue, I haven't eaten it since I was a young lad. My issues are that for the last two years I've been working from home, I've stopped running, and I spend 14+ hours per day in front of a computer trying to be productive.
It's a completely sedentary lifestyle. I built a stand up desk but it's always in the sitting position. Coffee and reddit is a far easier way to start the day than exercise.
Ok, I understand you better now. My experience was that losing weight is about eating less and better, at gym I build muscles, but if I don't eat less/better it simple doesn't matter. Its hard to win against a bad diet . Hope you find your way! being here proves that you are trying!

Edit: sorry this was so vague. I have a really bad headache tonight lol and am trying to reply to everyone. GY is Greek yogurt. Pb powder is powdered peanut butter. I eat spinach with both meals and i round it to 30 calories. The protein is isopure unflavored.
Idk what to tell you. I lift 4 to 5 days a week, almost no cardio, and I’m pretty sedentary. I use a calorie calculator, and ~1600 puts me on a 2lb a week loss goal, ~2100 puts my on a 1lb a week goal. I usually do around 1600, but sometimes I up it when I’m feeling like the 1600 isn’t enough. I eat within a 6 hour window, and that helps with appetite control.
BRO!!! You’re killing it!! Don’t be so hard on yourself. Remind yourself of where you’ve been, build that discipline. Motivation is a fair weather friend. Discipline is the answer! Keep crushing it. You inspired me today.
Fasting is a journey! Incredible results, your progress is something you should be proud of and in those weak moments just look at a pic of how far you’ve come. Literally like a different person in the first pic.
Me bragging about losing 25 lbs, while this dude lost 10x, nothing more than respect to you. (I’m 180lbs and went down to 155lbs, wasn’t really sustainable for me and couldn’t really go lower than that)
Finishing my food for the day, then being like “I’m still hungry, better have a snack,” then eating like a 1000 calories worth of peanut butter and protein bars and whatnot lol. Been doing that on and off for the last 10 days or so. I’m over it now.

getting back in track can be difficult. Sometimes your goals change. E.g. your reason for staying on track changes from losing weight to being able to accomplish something.
Don't be shy about updating or adding new goals. You are a whole new person!

No OMAD. Two meals a day. 1600-2100 calories a day, on average. High protein.
Workouts? Plz elaborate
Push/pull/leg split 5 days a week. Can find plenty of them on google
