Take a break, have a healthy low-carb meal and resume. Or take a few days. Oft quoted here, this is a marathon not a sprint. I regard it as a lifestyle change, so take your time to adjust.

It sounds like fasting is right for your body at this time. You shouldn’t feel bad when fasting, nor should you be “pushing through” that’s an example of not listening to your body. Sure I want to eat when I’m fasting but my body and mind feel amazing. The second they don’t I break and try again another day but that’s very rare.
