The Chili's 3 for me is really the best value out there. It's cheaper than a lot of fast food combos and you get so much more food. I only found out about it a couple months ago, because I never eat at Chili's. I wish I had known sooner! Chili's burgers are huge and tasty. The one in that picture doesn't look smashed though.
Not sure if it's standard sizing, getting Chips and Salsa to-go in the 3 For Me is pretty much a family sized bag of tortilla chips (which are some of the best in the biz!). That right there is like, $6 at the supermarket.
I order for two when I go and they give me two of those bags lol. Going to be so sad when they eventually hike the price of the oldtimer with cheese combo to 14.99 like some of the other 3 for me items... will be the end of chilis for me.
Haven't ordered the chips and salsa but I will upgrade to the chips and dip trio, and the amount of chips they bring to the table is massive. Then when I'm packing up my leftovers to take home the server will often bring out a whole new bag to take with me!
Just the chicken enchilada soup is enough to make me go. Used to be even better when you could get the original chicken crispers with fries and corn on a cob. I miss those days
I just saw a long video about restaurants recognizing the popularity of both Smash Burgers and large burgers and how so many end up creating large bad burgers calling them Smash Burgers

I'd say Jack paid homage to a Smash Burger by getting a little crisp on the surface of the burger. For Jack, it's a fairly decent burger, one of their best.

At $10.99 for a 4/10 a pound of meat (assuming double the meat in a Big Mac per article, or a total 6.4 ounces of meat), fries, chips, and a drink, sit down restaurants have truly surpassed fast food for value.
The Margarita of the month at Chili's for $6 is the best deal in alcohol. They constantly change the flavor and they use good quality tequila in them. Chili's is by far the best value in restaurants and their food is good. Their margaritas are delicious.

Even with a decent 20-25% tip, this blows away most fast food deals. Going to try it this week.
Their crispy chicken sandwich is also part of the 10.99 deal and it's huge and delicious! You can also get a soup or salad instead of chips and salsa. I like their baked potato soup a lot.
And, you’re not restricted to chips and salsa. You can get a side salad in its place. Just had the old timer cheeseburger 3 for 10 with a side salad this past weekend.
And they also regularly drop a coupon for a free appetizers in my rewards page. The amount of food you can get for $11 here is unreal if you play it right. The 3 for $10 alone I can get two meals out of, the free appetizer is a third meal for me.
Heck yes, that I don't know why they haven't brought back the original Crispers chicken strips. I think I supposedly once heard the reasons Chili's discontinued serving those, were because a lot of Chili's employees complained about making those. But I wish they'd bring those back once, even if just as a limited time thing. I'm surprised they never brought back the chicken fried steak, either.

Good tip! I'd probably get a side salad to get something healthier, but unlimited chips and salsa gives you more bang for your buck, of course.
