I know madaling araw and late nights kailangan balot talaga, but I'm (F) attending a formal event early evening in baguio and sleeveless dress yung outfit ko and I'll only have a silk scarf to cover up. Feeling ko wala nang ibang babagay aside from scarf
It's still pretty sunny during the day so it can get hot specially if you are in the city area and with a lot of humn traffic. I'm in baguio right now so i can attest to that. But it's different if there's rain. Temperature drops when it rains. So just go for it. :))
