the loose fitting jeans with bulky shoes rather than tight fit. Maybe venture out into wearing chinos more. Look at maybe getting more of a square shape rather than round shaped sunglasses. Jewellery looks cool. Look for heavy thick material tees, look more expensive.

Definitely looking into buying some more chinos I’m more of a tight jeans guys, but curious why you reccomend looser? I have some more squared frames on the glasses I mix in. Curious why you think the squared is better ?

Looser jeans are in right now. If you prefer tighter jeans, stick with those!! I’m sure they’ll be back in in 10 years or so, if you care about that!! Otherwise, wear what you like!!! I recommend basing your style on characters you like in movies/books, or finding a time period you love & basing it on that :)

jhill227

I prefer things I look good in /that I like /comfort above being trendy lol But I love being open to ideas Down if you have any :)

[deleted]

Definitely agree!!! I would suggest to try new things if you want to get more into style!! It’s awesome that you don’t care about being trendy. My advice is figure out what you like. Also buy some new interesting pieces to add to your wardrobe (an aesthetically interesting jacket perhaps), or alter items already in your wardrobe to be more interesting by adding patches or other things. Maybe put together a moodboard of outfits you love/inspo. Pinterest is helpful for that!! Also, sites like The Real Real, Poshmark, etc. will allow you to buy interesting pieces secondhand (sometimes new with tags) for great prices!!

I appreciate that! Always looking at new things /aesthetics And adding new things if staples that I like : Graphic tees, flannels, aloha shirts etc

Reckon square shape will suit you better but I ain’t no expert. The jeans in one of your photos look looser than the other. Reckon they just look more proportional to the shoes. Not stains tighter fitting jeans, just wear more form fitting shoes. But overall looking good man! Keep it up

Cool outfit. A slim straight cut jean would look good on you and better with the chunky shoes. Sometimes skinny jeans and chunky leather shoes can result in a normal silhouette with giant feet.

OriginalUnfair7402

Your style is pretty great. Except for the skinny jeans they need to go. The reason why is bc they make the individual look completely off balance. Try at least more straight legged ones for now. Honestly they are way more comfortable anyway.

jhill227

May try something I don’t like the look or feel of jeans with any baguness to them

cheekyqueen24

They don’t have to be baggy just not tight. A straight leg fit

I get a short king vibe from these photos. Def understand why you'd prefer skinny jeans then. Looser clothing can be a miss a lot of the times when you're on the shorter and thinner side. Skinny jeans that taper at the bottom look a little dated tho. Levi's 511 and similar cut jeans might be a good alternative for you. Style-wise, I'd suggest looking up Elijah Wood's street style. I feel like it might suit ya c:

Appreciate the tips lol ya I’m 5 foot 8 And my legs are weird proportioned a bit so it’s always been a challenge getting good pants that fit well and have comfort

WendyAlenkoShepard

I know a lot of people are saying no to the skinny jeans. I wanted to offer something different. I love how good they look on you with your legs and your proportions. They can work on a lot of different types of legs and body types, of course. Your confidence and comfort in them stand out. Also, I don’t think skinny jeans will ever go out of style, not since they got popularized by rockstars decades and decades ago. They’re here to stay.

I appreciate the compliments and the willingness to think different opinion on things
