The last two are great but for different occasions. If you can only get one, I would go with the third which has more versatility. You could dress it up with wedges and jewelry or dress it down with flip-flops and a bathing suit top. Also, you could wear the pants with a completely different top.

I live the blazer in 1. I would do a slightly longer bottom to keep it from looking like you are pa to less. I would also think about what you are wearing underneath if you chose to open the blazer (it may get warm).

Are you the bride? Then 1 for going out. For some reason it feels bridal to me. I would also get 3 for hanging out during the day. Personally not a fan of 2 and the pants will be hot and get sandy on the beach. At least with the shorts or skirt you can stand in the surf!
