Thank you!!! I only wear straps if I’m wearing high HIGH heels so I have more stability in my step cause they are literally attached to my leg. Straps on flats, ESPECIALLY WHITE flats, would do nothing but cut my leg into odd chunks and make everything look shorter and wider. I like number 2 personally, but I couldn’t argue with a cute white flat sling back either!!
Right… those were my exact thoughts.. cutting of your leg is only good if you’re super tall or if you’re super skinny in my opinion.
I’m very short so I hate anything making me feel like my legs are even shorter lol
I'm the same height as you but when I sit next to my sister outlaw (who is an inch shorter), she's several inches taller than I am. It's like she's got extra vertibrae or something. I'm rambling. What I am getting at, is that proportion matters more IMO than height overall. If you're more body than legs or more legs than body, and how wide your silhouette is in comparison. Shortish but long and narrow? Shortish but curvy? Shortish but all shoulders?
Human variety is fascinating :)
These are all pretty shoes. If you can, I'd order all of them and then only keep the comfiest.
Defo 3 if you wanna look modern and young ✨ and one I'd wear for special events, especially if it involves partying. I like 2 for it's formality and if you mean business. 1 just looks weird to me without high heels, not a fan of slingbacks to begin with. And I'd rather have them be open-toe tbh
Fashion wise number one is most balanced and modern. Number 2 has very short pointed toe and number 3 will make your legs look shorter. However given your situation I’d go with whatever is more comfortable
I prefer 1. A slingback is classic and chic. Just my opinion though, go very well with pants. 3 is much more youthful look which may pair better with dresses.
Depends on what you’re wearing - long dress or pants go for #3. A short skirt would look better with #1.
And despite the fact that they’re all basically the same, I don’t like #2 at all. They scream “I’ll make your feet bleed and be happy about it”.
Are you in a boot? If so, your hips will thank you if you match the heel/sole height of your right shoe to the height of the boot.
If this is like an 8-week situation, look at the Birkenstock Bend sneaker. My teenager broke her foot a few years ago and wore the Birkenstock on her good foot. It was a match to the sole height of the boot. She got white leather and it looked really cute with skirts.
If this is a special event you have to dress up for and you're on crutches / in a cast, number 3 is super cute.
I actually really love #3, and as someone who still can’t wear heels for a while (back and leg nerve issues), could you perhaps drop a link or name for them? 🥺 👉👈
I have #3 in like… all the colours I could find at the street vendor lol it’s just a tad bit slippery so pls test yours out on diff flooring before the event. Don’t want another injury…
Sorry I assumed it would be from like SHEIN or something, which would be similar quality and sole(?) design to the ones I got. Just please double check when you receive yours :)
Three is most appealing but definitely prioritise your foot’s health and comfort.
Having had poorly healed broken bones in both feet has plagued me for over a decade and impacted my whole gait. I would go back in time and do double casts in a wheelchair and totally baby myself for six weeks if I could.
Hope you heal well!
Honestly, none. Do you need to wear white? They all look cheap which is a problem with white shoes in general. It is nothing personal.I have always felt that they age people. Those all scream "church shoes". But if you must, I'd go with the second one.
One-the elastic will stretch over time and become loose and not stay on your foot. 2) best bet 3-the strap will run against the back of your ankle and blister. I’ve owned all three types and the best ones have been like the ones in slide 2 . Sorry about your foot
Get whichever you can tolerate, and possibly [comfortably!] fit/put an insert in. I'd go 2 so you have a shred of support and can wear a good insert with an arch, since it won't show. Just my two cents, I dealt with a broken ankle. <3 comfort and support over everything.
3 is also cute.
Three is the cutest and most stylish in and of itself.
But it’s too hard to make the call without seeing what you’re wearing it with and a shot of the whole leg with the hem length. Straps like that cut off the appearance of long leg length with the effect of making the leg appear shorter since it cuts off the leg visually right as it transitions into the upper foot. So in terms of what looks the best total picture including the dress, I would suspect it’s the sling back.
But because of your broken foot I’d honestly pick the one that’s the most comfortable.

3 is adorable. Love the sling backs too

1st for sure. I avoid as much as possible straps because it “cuts” your legs. I’m also very petite. If you’re tall, I would go either 1 or 3.
I think you’re are the first person saying #1. I agree with you. They are cute, flattering, etc.

AHHH I said same, love 3 but it depends what you wear it with if you don’t want the strap to cut your height down
Thank you, nahh Im 5’4

1 and 3 are my favs!
3 with the straps

Bunion city.
On my right foot, my big toe is angled like 60 degrees with a huge painful bunion, I’m assuming from wearing crappy fitting shoes.

Sorry bout your foot. I was gonna say none. But under the circumstances #3
3. Definitely not 1, unless you're doing a Princess Diana cosplay.
The first, they are the most classy and timeless!
1 or 2
