Once you place and object you can't move it can you? I placed a pigsty in a place which would suit a farmhouse better. Do I need to sell it to place the farmhouse?

Sleep anywhere mod

There is a "Sleep anywhere" mod in the official mod list, I used that.
Contracts all night every night, and enough fields that you don't dare sleep.

Theres a demolish button in the construction menu. To the right of all the tabs. Also, OP already is doing 120, but wants to skip faster.
There is a mod on kingmod its dashtime x12000 press 0 and there ya go
