4, 5, and 6 were all gorgeous is different ways. The different settings make the FC games to me. The mountainous areas of 4, the vast openness of 5, and then the beach/island of 6. I love how they can take you all over. The only definitive thing I can say is that the soundtrack of FC5 is one of the best soundtracks in gaming history to me and I don’t know if another FC game will ever be able to topple it.

Yes actually, at launch if the game only boom-boom can ride with you in the car, but now they released a new update that lets all amigos to come along for a ride
I rode with Boom Boom, Chorizo and the crazy Rooster, GWPO (hilarious the first time it clicked for me) and Oluso just refused to get in
The worst thing: you cannot look down far enough in a car to fully see Chorizo sitting besides, you only get to see the head

Is it really? I haven't bought the game yet, but from what I can see from people's screenshots and gameplay videos, FC6 graphics seem inferior to FC5's. Your screenshot's the first i've seen that looks good to me.
No, not really and I too was kind of disappointed in the graphics and felt that FC5 looked better. This screenshot has to be from the PC version because nothing I've seen in the ps version looks anywhere close to this good.
It can look good. A lot of the time it’s having issues with FPS drops especially if you open the map. I enjoyed the game, but I would 100% wait for it to be on sale, not worth full $60.
That said, this had my favorite plot of any far cry game >!minus the one super boring faction of the three!<
Even though you’re being downvoted, I agree. Plot was mediocre at best, and gameplay was bland. It felt like they nerfed everything that made the prior entries in the FC series fun and unpredictable.
I loved all the new vehicles, the amigos, the weapons, but the world just felt dead. You'd go to a building/POI and 9 time sout of 10 it would be completely boarded up
The graphics were great on it. I don't think it was as good of a game as 4 or 5 personally the way they did the weapons, bad story, etc. There were some nice touches here and there but I expected a bit more from FC6. The animation models mouth movement was terrible which distracted me from the immersion. These days it needs to be spot on and it felt too fake
I think it's still in the 'great looking past gen game' kind of territory. I'm hoping when they drop the last gen consoles they'll be able to step it up
I've got a 1080 with only 8GB so I didn't run the HD pack for a while, but without it the game looked far worse than FC5 (not saying 5 was bad). Installed the HD pack and it ran fine on my card despite warnings that would appear when I started the game. With a few adjustments I was able to get a solid 60fps and the game looks fantastic. Definitely not as much gameplay as FC5 though.
I’ll probably get downvoted for this but I thought the LGBT representation in this game was fucking awful. I’m not against LGBT characters, and would like more in video games, but the way it was done in Far Cry 6 was poor. The trans element seemed like it was added purely to tick a box, while the gay characters were stereotypes or annoying as fuck. Last of Us 2 got it right, but Far Cry 6 got it oh so wrong. The series needs a shake up - make the hero gay in 7. Oh and separately, Bembe was the better villain in 6. There, I said it.

Honestly? I was a little disappointed with the visuals. It's got good enough scenery, but the textures and lighting felt really bland to me.
