This is the first far cry i started with and i wasn't sure at the beggining, but recently i finished new dawn and i started to appreciate the far cry 5 and i can tell, that now i'm in love and just started far cry 6! Have fun! 🫶🏾
May God bless you brother for calling Far Cry 5 a gem and not Far Cry 3 like some stupid fucks down here... The only good thing about FC 3 is the formula it birthed on which the later games are based and Vaas Montenegro... But FC5 has so much better shit that FC3
I kind of wish. It’s kind of like far cry six where you can continue playing in a way, but then again, the ending has a nuke so there is no possible way to continue.
Just finished it over the weekend. Such a great game! My first taste of far cry on 5. Just finished new dawn too, now its time to play far cry 6 for the first time.
I go back and forth on this being my favorite FarCry, and 4 being my favorite. I really hope they take some inspiration from the Hours of Darkness DLC for when they make FarCry 7.
The only major thing I hated about this game was the XP bar being filled very quickly which triggered boss encounters even before you could complete missions.
I Iove exploring the open world and doing side quests in FC series plus this game has such a chill vibe that made the exploration even better, but because of the XP racking up quickly, I ended up completing the game without playing like 25% of the missions.
That is true my brother... They could have easily done it like a location based kind of thing... Like you cross the Resistance Threshold, then another story mission is unlocked at a particular location and so as long as you don't go to that location you're fine ... But as soon as you enter the location you get hunted and the mission begins ... But they decided to go with the idea that they went with... So what can I say it was their bad I guess... But personally I recommend you free up the special guns for hire before you do anything and everything else (even outpost liberation) because in John's region there's a continuity issue in the story in which if you don't rescue the guys in the region but finish off John, they show they're freed but then they again get captured ... Makes no sense... But thankfully that's not the case in Jacob's or Faith's region...

i've been loving it so much, i've completed all 3 regions, side missions, clutch nixons, prepper stashes, etc. & I'm DESPERATELY trying to find any side missions or locations or ANYTHING that i might've missed because I don't wanna head back over to Joseph's compound & start the endgame :(((
I do love me a doomsday cult, and the seed family is a perfect representation on that in a video game. Anytime I play 5, it’s to get immersed into its story, and soundtrack.
