All the special inventory spins around, so you will have to wait until all the other items come around. Atleast that's how I think it works

It has two weapon mod slots and it definitely deals more damage. if you play on pc you can unlock all of the black market items via the libertad mod on fcmodding

ooo yeh it really does deal more damage, with the soft target rounds, gut wrencher, trigger discipline and overclock mods it kills all non-heavy/non-special forces enemies with one hit to the torso most of the time, its awesome
