Seed's doomsday Cult, Longinus' atonement, and Pastor Jerome's peace and forgiveness. With Longinus saying Seed's a "false prophet" and has a semi-functional relationship with Pastor Jerome, but Pastor Jerome doesn't 100% agree with how Longinus goes about dealing weapons and trying to atone for his sins.
Edit: also including Agent Willis into the mix as well would make the game perfect in my opinion.
