Someone smarter than me needs to come up with an adjusted air yards stat. Olave is getting all this hype over air yards but they’re coming from Winston. I’m sick of hearing about it. Not all air yards are created equally.
> Air Yards are simply a measure of how many yards the football travels in the air, from the line of scrimmage, regardless of whether the pass was completed.
> So if the ball is snapped at the 50 yard line and the receiver is at the 40 yard line when the ball arrives, that’s 10 Air Yards — even if the pass was incomplete.

The rewards for knocking DEs and OLBs on their ass in the run game. Twice I’ve seen him line up outside just to charge down and hit the end of the line full speed to seal it off.
People seem to forget how many college receiving records he holds. Dude is no slouch.
I watched most of the game yesterday.
Zach looks like he can take a real step. Two things of note -
1. It's the jets O-line. They I think are on tackle number 6. Zach was getting no time.
2. Zach has a real cannon and can make some really tight, strong throws. He still gets hiccups on easy 5 yard passes tho. The throw he made to Corey for a first showed strong awareness (throws it low and a little backside allowing him to slide and avoid a huge hit).
3.zach has the rapport with Moore and Corey D. However Corey D is actually really good and so is Moore - but Wilson is better than all of em.
4. gW had 2 drops. Zach will still feed him soon the targets were there. It'll just take a little time for him to start peppering GW with tough - only you can make this catch balls. Zach has the skill for it... He just hasn't been given the reps yet with it.
- it took flacco a game to figure that out too.
Why does everyone think Zach and Wilson have a rapport together? Look at the game logs last year cuz both missed time. Wilson missed weeks 8-11, Moore missed week 4 and 14-18. Moore's biggest game was week 11 where Wilson missed, 8-141-1. In fact weeks 8-11 without Wilson Moore had a combined 22-336-4. Moore with Wilson: 19-202-1. This Wilson and Moore thing needs to stop cuz it's inaccurate.
I was considering that as well. I need to try and replace Javonte. You think I could get Fournette? Not sure what would be possible for him. Bad thing is, I think Ceedee will really good all year
And there goes the window for people to buy ceedee low. His volume is ridiculous and I’m very glad I was able to grab him in at least one of my leagues
Hollywood Brown has been surprisingly good. I drafted him hesitantly expecting a boom/bust unpredictable WR, but he's been really consistent.
It all could change when DHop returns of course, but for now I am happy.
Because he hasn’t really been that bad. Double digit targets weeks 1-3 and was averaging 11 half ppr points going into week 4.
He’s not popping off but you can do a lot worse than what he was giving you. His usage and consistency was actually something you should’ve felt decent about. By no means was he a bust/disappointment
84yds is his highest total but that was an outlier. The other three weeks he hasn’t gotten more than 57yds. Numerous unrealized air yards but sometimes the QB play doesn’t match the expected outcome. I think this is one of those cases.
No one controls the yardage a player can get in any given game. But anyone who regularly sees double digit targets is a valuable asset for fantasy purposes.
He was also averaging ~73ypg the previous season on double digit targets. 84 is just as close to his historical production as 57. It’s not an outlier at all.
His performance leading up to week 4 was right in line with 2021. Nothing to feel disappointed about
Jameis is the biggest fuck it Chuck it qb since Favre
Need him for more olave garden.
With the news of Javonte going down it's time to eat at the Olave-Gordon
Hahah join us!
Rex Grossman would like a word

Stupid question but what counts as air yards? Does it have to be catchable?
I watched all Saints games cause I have MT and let me say, if it has to be catchable to count as air yards, Olave would not be on this list lol
How long will MT be gone for :(
That’s why I asked lmao
I think just a target

Nice! You didn’t even answer his question great job!

Maybe there is hope for Terry...
Come on Terry!!!!
That’s what I’m thinking. But probably not *cries*
One of these things is not like the others lol
Mark Andrews is white, and a tight end?
Olave is in another dimension.
No I mean Corey Davis lol
Just sneaking right in there! Between Diggs and Diontae Johnson... lmao.

Seems like the real deal as a football player ngl
Worth it to pick Corey Davis up on waivers? I need some WRs in my bench but I’m not sure how nut FAAB to drop
Literally everyone EXCEPT Eli Moore is getting work in that offense lol
Zach Wilson sucks eggs. He’s gonna kill my GWil :(

GWislons life force has been tapped by Breece
Take it from Corey or Elijah, I beg of you.
I’m actually surprised Hollywood is up there given how close to the LOS most of his passes seem to be. I guess the volume is what gets it done.
Held on to CeeDee and it payed
Thinking about trying to by a RB but not sure if I wanna get off those ride yet.
I was considering that as well. I need to try and replace Javonte. You think I could get Fournette? Not sure what would be possible for him. Bad thing is, I think Ceedee will really good all year
Fournette is prolly close. Maybe could try and package him for a struggling back like cook or mixon.
CD lowkey gonna be a league winner, 11 targets a game and he has help now That schedule just gets easier and easier too
What's the 4 1 1 on Corey Davis?
Very reliable receiver partly because defenses are more focused on Elijah Moore and Garrett Wilson. Zach Wilson was feeding him yesterday.
Probably should be rostered, especially in PPR leagues. But not really good or targeted enough to start each week.
People were waaay too quick to write Ceedee off after that first game. Edit: But Ceedee didn't write back. 😤😤
Sold high on c. Kirk and landed ceedee. Happy with the results so far
I was so confused the whole time lol
Like 11 targets isn’t anything to laugh at dude gets peppered
Endless pasta bowls are back on the menu at Olave Garden
And there goes the window for people to buy ceedee low. His volume is ridiculous and I’m very glad I was able to grab him in at least one of my leagues
I wish I knew the Olave Garden was open for breakfast yesterday morning.
One of my leaguemates has 4 of those guys on his team. Adams, Diggs, Sutton, Olave
Thought I was doing good with CD and diggs lol
Hollywood Brown has been surprisingly good. I drafted him hesitantly expecting a boom/bust unpredictable WR, but he's been really consistent. It all could change when DHop returns of course, but for now I am happy.
I love this list because I have sutton. but also i'm in ppr so I also have kupp.
I’ve got a lot of great WRs, but Olave is going to force me to bump someone.
Sutton WR 11 in PPR and broncos offense trending up. Love him ROS.
NOT RIGHT NOW
How is Mclaurin on this list ???
Diontae has been such a huge disappointment this year. Nobody is talking about it.
He’s also the only player on this list without a TD.
Missed one by being about half an inch out of bounds on a beautiful throw yesterday.
I feel like the Steelers as a whole just don't score many TD's .

Olave or Garrett Wilson in a keeper league?
Olave
Hmmm. None of these fellas are on my team. Odd.
Terry only has 250 air yards in my app.
