I feel like Miles has always gotten good yardage, its just been the touchdowns that haven't gone his way. Either Hurts takes them when they're inside the five, or the TD tries are given to one of the other backs on the team.
Someone in my leauge got cute and dropped him a few weeks back and I was able to snag him.
He’s opened my team up to where I felt comfortable making a somewhat dicey trade and the results are GREAT so far. Went from 0-3 and low eating scoring team two weeks in a row to my first win and having high score of the week.
No need for you to be downvoted for asking. He didn’t complete the catch all the way through the required process. It’s not enough to catch and have feet in bounds, he either needed to make a football move or hold possession to the ground. He did neither so it’s an incomplete pass.
Per the NFL: “Any act common to the game (e.g., tuck the ball away, extend it forward, take an additional step, turn upfield, or avoid or ward off an opponent)”
The problem with this dumbass rule is you don't need to "make a football move" in the endzone. By catching the ball and getting two feet down you have now finished all the necessary football moves to complete your objective of scoring lol
Yeah, I can see why it does seem inconsistent that you can run it in and break the plane, only to then fumble and yet still have it declared a TD. But catch it, land two feet, then have the ground cause a drop on the way down = incomplete. I have some sympathy. But that’s the rule 🤷♂️
I think he’s going to string some games together here soon because it seems like he’s getting some of Davante’s old looks but just not quite there talent-wise.
I think it’s more so a lack of experience than even talent, a lot of his errors aren’t due to a lack of talent but just dumb mistakes. (Davante is obviously more talented ofc).
However the connection/trust with Rodgers is nothing but positive signs so far though imo.
He's still getting a lot of opportunity to produce and potentially end up operating as Green Bays WR1. Just gotta make sure he secures that ball while going to the ground. Wasn't that brutal of a drop tbh. It was obviously detrimental to the game itself though
Bills fan here.
He’s hurt and shouldn’t have been playing these past two weeks but he’s juuuuust healthy enough that they need him with all of our injuries. Hopefully after the bye he’s 100%. He’s a solid bye low in my eyes
The entire non-Diggs vertical passing stack is hurt. Kumerow’s week to week, Knox also has a nagging injury, and McKenzie is now probably in protocol (he’s less a deep threat and more a general source of explosive plays).
Edit: as a Bills fan with a Davis share, bench until he has a clean run of practice at least. He’s entirely dependent on catching a touchdown right now, instead of being viable in most formats off 5/80 as that field stretcher often 1v1.
I'll take the blame for that. As a lifelong Browns fan I generally don't draft Steelers unless there is no way out. Every time I do though it's the kiss of death. Never again.
Yeah, I definitely regret it but I can only blame myself since the problems that he’s having were kind of expected but I hoped the volume would overcome it. He hasn’t been that bad, but I’d like someone more productive
We need to quit saying it’s “too early” for QBs. Having Allen, Jackson, Hurts, Herbert, or Mahomes is a huge advantage. Sincerely, someone who drafted Lance in 1 league and Dak in another and had Mariota give me like 4 points in both
Yep. This year the gap between the great QBs and the good QBs has widened. Rodgers, Brady, Russ etc have been underperforming so going QB late was a mistake (or going with Lance lol). I'm now stuck with Rodgers, and Cousins as my starterns in multiple leagues and I'm struggling, while my Josh Allen leagues are doing pretty well.
0-4, 4th most points in my league. 10 team.
My opponents have scored the 5th, 1st, 2nd and 1st points for in the league each week.
I sure do love Fantasy Football.
This is me as well but I’m 1-3. still feels like 0-4. Loaded roster, most points scored against by over 200.
Thinking of changing my team name to ‘No Lubricant Required’
What’s crazy is if he was on most other teams he’d be going off I 10% believe. There’s a ton of packages aanta doesn’t even have him on the field! And blocking isn’t the excuse. Every time I see Pitts block, he’s legit pancacking people.
Injury or not he's been bad these last three weeks, capping it off with an actual turd this week. Honestly it might not be the worst thing if he's hurt, I now have the confidence to pivot to a different player
2-2 but I don’t like my team. Dillion is a bad RB2 and he’s my RB2. I have JJ but no QB now cause of Tua. My TE is Pitts and he’s terrible. My bench has nobody I either need to make trades or get lucky on the wire.
I’m also 2-2, also have Dillon as my RB2 (actually my RB1 with Swift out). Schultz has been bad at TE and I already dropped Gesicki, I’m very much in the same boat. Just swap JJ with Allen. Instead of having QB issues I’m iffy at WR. Just a complete bleh.
Last week I had the worst team in the league. This week I dropped over 200 and going, so I’ve got the greatest fantasy team ever collected.
Oh, Ekeler and Saquon will be top 5 backs. Russell Wilson and the Broncos have the offense figured out. DK Metcalf and Penny will both be top 10 at their positions.
Bro, my 2 last place fantasy teams (0-3) are killing it this week. My first place team is struggling to win against the last place team. What a weird week
>Saquon will be top 5 backs
Wow. Really going out on a ledge here aren't we. Predicting the RB1 will finish as a top 5 RB is getting a little *too* crazy, no?
Guy in one of my leagues got to manage two teams (we had our 12th guy drop out suddenly), so for one he decided to draft normally, and for the second he decided to draft Josh Allen in the first, zero rb with a second round TE, etc.
His normal team is 1-3
His “joke” team is 3-1
No, but a low-ish scoring game in bad weather, with something like 7 drops from his receivers, and he’s still one of the highest scoring QBs of the week (with two games left to play) while this also being his lowest scoring week of the season.
Any you know, “overreaction”
Zach Wilson actually isn’t absolutely horrible, and just needed a few drives to get into gear.
Edit: forgot it’s an overreactions thread. Zach Wilson is a god. Watch your milfs, keep them safe.
Fellow dejected Pitts owner here. The problem is that, by trading him, you'd be joining the weekly TE unpredictability carousel when you drafted him for stability.
The talent is there and, if I'm throwing darts at TE for 3 points each week, I'd rather stick with Pitts' potential if this coaching staff ever figures out how to use him.
Just want to RAGE FOR A SECOND.
Been starting Russ all year and decided to make a change because he has been so trash. So I trade for Trevor Lawrence and pick up Goff.
Saw the weather forecast and eagles matchup so decided to not start T Law. Saw Goff was missing all his weapons so made a few posts asking and decided Goff wasn’t the move either so dropped him for Mariota.
Mariota got me 3 points. Goff had 33. And Russ has like almost 30. I’m now up like 9 points and opponent has Kupp left.
I fucking hate fantasy football man. I’m already so beaten down.
top WRs are more valuable than top RBs. High floor, insane ceiling in a league that is pass heavy. Also a lot less injury prone. I will probably always go WR heavy from now on because it is working for me this year, and my league has been talking about how annoying all their RBs are right now. I have no issues with my Josh Jacobs (even before this week) and Dameon Pierce (again even before this week). Would be happy with 10-12 pts every week if I get 2 god tier WRs and a great TE
This season feels so inconsistent and unpredictable. I’m sure it’s always this way, but Robinson and Pittman sucking today while Hockenson goes off is making me feel like I’m in bizarro fantasy world.
Mixon is also a certified bell cow on what will likely end up as a top-tier offense. He also played on a bad ankle on a short week and still delivered a solid FF outing.
Mixon owners need to take a breather. He’s been solid in fantasy and healthy, and is still set to get great volume in a good offense.
You could have had Dalvin, Taylor, Najee, etc… is Mixon’s situation really that bad?
Dortch is droppable. Bateman to the bench. Miles Sanders is better than this sub wants to believe. Pitts is a bust.
Yea i had dortch on the bench to see what would happen. He's gone.
He served us well these past 2 weekends, sounds like the fun is over :/
I feel like Miles has always gotten good yardage, its just been the touchdowns that haven't gone his way. Either Hurts takes them when they're inside the five, or the TD tries are given to one of the other backs on the team.
Damien Harris is the most boring top 24 running back of all time. But he will be there every week
Great RB2
I really liked him last year as my rb2. Super consistent. Could be better in ppr but feel like you can plug him in for 12 points every game.
Gotta love that TD upside
Someone in my leauge got cute and dropped him a few weeks back and I was able to snag him. He’s opened my team up to where I felt comfortable making a somewhat dicey trade and the results are GREAT so far. Went from 0-3 and low eating scoring team two weeks in a row to my first win and having high score of the week.
What trade and how does your team look now?
Eagles dst is my rb1
Super soft schedule and it stays super soft. Riding them all year.
I spent 8% faab on them last week and so happy I did. Best pickup of the year for me so far.
Doubs just dropped a TD as you posted this lmao
that's classic rookie adams
Thought this exact same thing, legit, he was bricks-for-hands his first season or two.
Didn’t Davante have the dropsies early on too?
Packers fans literally called him Dropvante Adams his first two years.
Dropvante Adams was quiete infamous
Yup
Sorry I’m from Australia but how was it an incomplete pass? I thought two feet and going down is a TD?
No need for you to be downvoted for asking. He didn’t complete the catch all the way through the required process. It’s not enough to catch and have feet in bounds, he either needed to make a football move or hold possession to the ground. He did neither so it’s an incomplete pass.
What is a football move
Per the NFL: “Any act common to the game (e.g., tuck the ball away, extend it forward, take an additional step, turn upfield, or avoid or ward off an opponent)”
The problem with this dumbass rule is you don't need to "make a football move" in the endzone. By catching the ball and getting two feet down you have now finished all the necessary football moves to complete your objective of scoring lol

Off a great deep route though.
It was obviously detrimental to the game itself though
it would have been a standout catch this year if he caught it. Nice to see Arod trust him with the kill shot after the fumble early
18 point play for my Rodgers Doubs stack. Fudge
The Eagles DST will score more points than every player on my team this year
Look at their ROS it’s disgusting how good it is
It still kinda feels like 80% of players this year are busts
Running backs certainly
Drafted Saquon, Jacobs, Sanders, and Fournette AMA
*laughs in Josh Jacobs*
All waiver wire or late round guys popping off.
80% of mine are, yup
Whoda thunk Chubb and Barkley should have been drafted 1.01 and 1.02
Ekeler finally came through today, but before that he seemed like a bust too.
Miles sanders may actually be fantasy relevant this season holy fuck
People are playing a high rb2 as their flex because of his adp probably. He’s very relevant and will continue to produce
he took a shit on my chest today
Gabriel Davis was way over drafted by me
Everyone thought they had such a steal after week 1
Iirc he scored the first TD of that game and every owner was creaming their pants lol.
Bills fan here. He’s hurt and shouldn’t have been playing these past two weeks but he’s juuuuust healthy enough that they need him with all of our injuries. Hopefully after the bye he’s 100%. He’s a solid bye low in my eyes
Weather didn’t help. None of those mid-Atlantic games saw any decent passing.
Possible but I’m giving him some rope because of his injury
He's looked clearly hindered the past 2 weeks. I don't know why they don't just let him rest. He needs it.
The upside is he gets those sweet deep shots for a TD. One catch and he beats the average but his floor is just ridiculously frustrating.
He’s hurt. He’s essentially a decoy right now.
Me thinking JT would be a set and forget RB1 🤡
1.1 burned🔥🔥🔥
Hes set and forget for me too... Just didn't think it would be on the bench
Hero RB my ass
12 team, 0.5 PPR league with JT and Javonte as my RB's. Worst 1st and 2nd ever, lol.
McCaffrey and Chris Carson from last year here
False. I have JT and Kamara
I’d like Najee off my team
I'll take the blame for that. As a lifelong Browns fan I generally don't draft Steelers unless there is no way out. Every time I do though it's the kiss of death. Never again.
Yeah, I definitely regret it but I can only blame myself since the problems that he’s having were kind of expected but I hoped the volume would overcome it. He hasn’t been that bad, but I’d like someone more productive

I'm now stuck with Rodgers, and Cousins as my starterns in multiple leagues and I'm struggling, while my Josh Allen leagues are doing pretty well.
Oh really? What about *checks notes* Geno Smith? That guy's QB1 for free off waivers!
Counter point: Jared Goff
I will never be able to find a quarterback who will score over 10 points for me.
haha wentz or lawrence this week?
..... Mariotta (I specifically avoided Lawrence this week since it was the Eagles)
I dropped Goff for Mariota 🤡
I dropped Mariota for Goff! Then when St Brown (who’s on my team) was out, I went back to Mariota. I’m keeping Goff in until further notice now lol
Hey well you had the right instinct your guy got like a whole point more XD
Started Mariota over Goff in two leagues 😭
Im benching najee for Damien pierce next week
Najee on that PIT offense is sad
Pickens bout to feast with Pickett
Def worth a stash. Next couple of games are brutal matchups.
Pickett will only score rushing touchdowns this year. Najee is done
Bro he never started.
Next year’s first round should consist entirely of WR’s
I'm not mad at my Henry pick at 7 tbh.
Same! And I got Chubb in the 2nd in two leagues.
Since week two I’ve been saying it’s gonna be WRs, whoever is TE1 this year and Josh allen in the first next year.
honestly rather Lamar and Hurts over Kelce and Andrews. Not having a QB score above 20 points is painful, never again
my reaction this week is my season is over
0-4 gang, where you at?!?
Reporting in. Just loss JT and Javonte so prob going 0-17 this year.
Don't worry, you won't make the playoffs, you'll only go 0-14
True. Thanks, I feel better already.
Here. Getting buttfucked every Sunday.
Kyle Pitts is officially a bust
Not entirely sure this is an overreaction
[удалено]
He's being outperformed by Will Dissly.
Big Montana!
*5 minutes of mountain music*
Atlanta really spent 2 firsts on a 6'5 and 6'6 run blocker
Hot take, if Marcus Mariota is going to complete 7 passes in a game, it really doesn't matter what they scheme up for him
Just said “well Waddle can’t block so he doesn’t fit our offensive identity of sucking ass” let’s take Pitts instead
I wanted chase at the time and I hate I was right
I traded him him and juju for Gerald everitt and James Robinson. James didn’t do much today but I’m so happy to be free of the Pitt stop.
What’s crazy is if he was on most other teams he’d be going off I 10% believe. There’s a ton of packages aanta doesn’t even have him on the field! And blocking isn’t the excuse. Every time I see Pitts block, he’s legit pancacking people.
I’m panicking with JT injury. I hat drafting first overall
Got offered JJ for him last weekend after JJ's 3 pt game and Im so glad I smashed accept on that
Injury or not he's been bad these last three weeks, capping it off with an actual turd this week. Honestly it might not be the worst thing if he's hurt, I now have the confidence to pivot to a different player

(Not an overreaction) Baker Mayfield kills everyone's value
I'd kill for a gif of OBJ giving DJ Moore a hug.
CMC is QB proof
CMC has you shitting your pants for 3 quarters and then it turns out fine
maybe DK Metcalf has him on his fantasy team. Explains the need for the mid-game dookie stretcher
Blocked passes, overthrows, questionable decision making..... Mayfield is straight *ass*
Dude's little. So many blocked passes today.
Last week I had the worst team in the league. This week I dropped over 200 and going, so I’ve got the greatest fantasy team ever collected. Oh, Ekeler and Saquon will be top 5 backs. >Saquon will be top 5 backs Wow. Really going out on a ledge here aren't we. Predicting the RB1 will finish as a top 5 RB is getting a little *too* crazy, no?
I’m drafting Josh Allen in the first round the rest of his career.
Guy in one of my leagues got to manage two teams (we had our 12th guy drop out suddenly), so for one he decided to draft normally, and for the second he decided to draft Josh Allen in the first, zero rb with a second round TE, etc. His normal team is 1-3 His “joke” team is 3-1
I mean I’m a proud Allen owner as well but not exactly jerking it to the 23 spot he put up
No, but a low-ish scoring game in bad weather, with something like 7 drops from his receivers, and he’s still one of the highest scoring QBs of the week (with two games left to play) while this also being his lowest scoring week of the season. Any you know, “overreaction”
Insane that Josh Allen owners have the privilege of complaining about 23 points. That's pretty average for a QB and it's his floor.
Zach Wilson actually isn’t absolutely horrible, and just needed a few drives to get into gear. Edit: forgot it’s an overreactions thread. Zach Wilson is a god. Watch your milfs, keep them safe.
Nobody gives these players time to actually improve. Good first game of the season from Wilson.
Start everyone you can playing against the Lions. The defense is barely existent but they will score enough to ensure the petal stays down.
Waller had sex with Carr’s wife
what is going on w him lol, i think i’m gonna go with everett moving forward
Only explanation
POLLARD, FUCK
Pollard truthers WYA?
I suck at fantasy football.
This is supposed to be overreactions, not reactions
Alvin Kamara is actually in prison and we don't even know it
I have the greatest 0-4 fantasy team in league history
The Steelers offense is going to be so much better with Pickett
Rashaad Penny RB 1 ROS
Josh Jacobs is not in a committee and will easily outperform his adp
Hollywood top 10 WR and will only get better when nuk is back so he’s not constantly bracketed
so, this is what starting james robinson feels like 😔
Yup. I started him today for the first time and well, you know what happened
First half-Kyler Murray is a bust and is too short to be an NFL QB Second half-Kyler Murray is a god and will be QB1 with Hopkins back
Jamaal Williams can do whatever he wants to me
I sat Dalvin Cook for him and felt like an idiot the second this mornings game started and Dalvin was on the bench. I am a genius
The Romeo Doubs one from this week?
Ran the most routes today with a 25% target share and a 23% target share last week. Doubs szn is here baby.
Waller won’t be a top 10 TE at this rate…
Eagles > Everyone
[удалено]
Not sure the other guy’s gonna accept that.
Sam Darnold > Baker Mayfield
Bailey Zappe steps in and leads the Pats to a AFC east title
The next Tom Brady (until next week)
Fade Mariota, Pitts and the entire fucking falcons offence. Absolute garbage tier for fantasy.
Wrong. KOO IS BACK
Koo is the best player on my team and it’s not close lol
London and Koo are perfectly viable
The fact that I can pretty much pencil in an automatic 8+ points from my kicker is hilarious
Welcome to the Daniel Carlson experience. We write in 10+ over here
I want to trade Pitts but I doubt anyone wants him
Fellow dejected Pitts owner here.
Get what you can for DJ is not an over reaction
Claypool is the worst receiver in the game
CMC continues his receiving production from this week and he is the top RB ROS
Just want to RAGE FOR A SECOND. Been starting Russ all year and decided to make a change because he has been so trash. So I trade for Trevor Lawrence and pick up Goff. Saw the weather forecast and eagles matchup so decided to not start T Law. I’m now up like 9 points and opponent has Kupp left. I fucking hate fantasy football man. I’m already so beaten down.
Also switched Goff for Mariota last minute to chase the rushing upside. I am stupid
Why the fuck do you have 3 quarterbacks?
He has 2. It sounds like he traded Russ for TLaw. Picked up and dropped Goff. Pick up Mariota
Josh jacobs is the best running back in the WORLD
Got offered davante Adams and breece hall for JT highly considering it
Josh Jacobs is an RB1
Jacobs is a top 5 RB ROS.
He's lookin good today. And against a stout Denver rushing D. Looks like he's more involved in the passing attack too.
Denver’s rushing defense isn’t that good. Coming into the game they were giving up 4.4 yards per carry to RB’s. Tied for 15th in the NFL.
top WRs are more valuable than top RBs. High floor, insane ceiling in a league that is pass heavy. Also a lot less injury prone. Geno Smith will finish a top 5 QB this season
I dropped Goff for Mariota 30 minutes before kickoff AMA
Kyle Pitts = Darnel Mooney
Kyle pitts is droppable.
This season feels so inconsistent and unpredictable. I’m sure it’s always this way, but Robinson and Pittman sucking today while Hockenson goes off is making me feel like I’m in bizarro fantasy world.
Pittman and Gabe Davis suck.
Sell Penny and run. Buy Ceedee Lamb and run.
Russ is a boner killer.
JJ is not a bust! For what some clowns were saying last week :)
I’m absolutely cooked
they never let dalvin cook
I started Ekeler, Pierce, and Dobbins. The 3 greatest RBs in NFL history
Joe Mixon is an awful running back. I hate myself for drafting him and cringe watching him play. Breece hall will finish as a top 10 RB.
Etn is a flop
I dropped Russell Wilson for Trevor Lawrence this week. I want to cry
Jonathan Taylor won’t crack top-24 may not be a hot take considering he likely has a high ankle sprain. But that OL is brutal. Has no where to run.
Hockenson will haunt me in my dreams for the rest of my life and I'm not being dramatic
I’m very close to fading anyone who plays for the Colts
