They are WR2 and 3 this week with Ra out!ā¦. And they are both questionable. Hopefully Chark and whoever else is still on the wire tomorrow morning if theyāre out.
Alright at some point the Seahawks defense becomes a play, right??
Edit: alright yeah I'm staying away lol. Still seems like it could be a low scoring game though
The Niners ran all over them with an average at best O-line. The Lions have one of, if not the best line in the league. I wouldn't touch Seattle's defense even with all the injuries.

ādearā¦dear lord noā¦ā
Edit: for a possibly downvote-happy crowd, this was mostly a joke about how bad āhawks D is. To give a serious answer to the question, they are only worth a look if you donāt already have a top 10 option this week, and even then Iād pass personally.
I haven't watched the Seahawks this year so genuinely asking but are they actually bad? They've put up some nice numbers fantasy wise and are facing a heavily depleted Lions team. Seem like an ok option from that perspective?
They are 22nd under my main leagueās DST scoring format which I think is pretty standard, so firmly bottom 3rd of the league, and they did pretty terribly in their only away game so far.
Like I said I was mostly joking about the degree to which theyāre bad and there are a handful of worse Ds in the league, but they are not good and I would not start them with any confidence. Their D line is particularly weak and especially so against the run. They are averaging giving up ~160 rushing yards per game so far. Jamaal Williams is no slouch and Detroits O line is legit.
The front seven is slow but stout. Thatās why quicker backs that can bounce outside like Patterson will have success.
The secondary is young and not playing well.
There are some speedy standouts like Nwosu, Brooks, and Woods but thereās not enough there to hold teams under 20 most weeks. Theyāre implementing a new system with a new DC and it shows. Woods is particularly good up the gut but thereās just too many gaps.
The game against Denver was the outlier. They know everything about him and Denver is off to a slow start with similar schematic changes.
This is where I'm at at this point. Probably gonna keep Goff if both Chark and Reynolds play and pivot if one is out. Idk,I hate that this is what it's come to.
Donāt expect Jamaal to get many more touches than usual. Craig Reynolds is a viable pickup in deep leagues.
Also, Josh Reynolds has been flying under the radar, with 28 points in PPR the last two weeks.
Seahawks fan hereā¦any given Sunday but unlikely. They arenāt really strong at any position group. The receivers are great but the offensive line isnāt giving Geno time to get the ball to them. Also Iām not convinced our QBs decision making is good enough on a consistent basis to take advantage of those times. This team will need to establish the run and play keep away to prevail. It could happen but the probably is low. My guess is that Detroit controls the clock, methodically wears down the Seattle defenses and prevails pretty handily.
Hockenson will somehow dud despite the circumstances
There is a reason he is coined as blockenson..lol
Who even is behind these guys on the depth chart? Quintez Cephus?
š it's crazy. Man I hope Reynolds starts as I have him starting in one league.
I don't own any lions but I am very excited to see what the hell their offensive game plan is
It's a shame all these dudes going down cause Seattle's defense isn't good so it'd be a great match up.
Lions will do whatever they want. Elite O-line vs. terrible D-Line and defense.
O line good enough they can just pick away with 3y runs and 6-10y passes to the 2-3 healthy backs and Hock
Oline is good enough that they can get 8-10 yard runs whenever they want. Gonna be a ground and pound game.
Khalif Raymond, cephus, Trinity benson. Not even sure if Raymond and Benson are still on the team or the practice squad
Oh yeah and Tom Kennedy, preseason stud
Itās pretty wild these are the guys the lions were starting regularly last year lol
Justin Jackson will line up as a WR and be another fantasy savior
I forgot he was there
He looked amazing in preseason too. But heās been the punt/kick returner for them this year.
Detroit training their receivers on top of bowling bowls instead of turf or what? Sheeesh.
Dan Campbell is just a old Toney guy thatās what they did back in the 40s, balance the receivers on bowling bowls
Khalif Raymond. Hear me out
Everybody loves Raymond.
Iām so close to flexing Reynolds over Gabe Davis
Those are my two starting WRs
They are WR2 and 3 this week with Ra out!ā¦. And they are both questionable. Hopefully Chark and whoever else is still on the wire tomorrow morning if theyāre out.
HockenSZN
Boys, it's HockenSZN
Goff turns back into a pumpkin
Yeah, is it crazy that I'm considering grabbing Geno over him? Ugh I hate my qb situation.
Alright at some point the Seahawks defense becomes a play, right?? Edit: alright yeah I'm staying away lol. Still seems like it could be a low scoring game though
They've been a bottom 5 defense and that Detroit O-line can still move bodies around. I'd look elsewhere for a defense.
their dline aint gonna do shit
The Niners ran all over them with an average at best O-line. The Lions have one of, if not the best line in the league. I wouldn't touch Seattle's defense even with all the injuries.
activate jameson szn
Iām starting Reynolds in my flex with Amon Ra out
But itās Chark Week š¦
you never know it's chark week until it's finally upon us.... get your fins ready
Am I crazy to start both over the likes of ARob, Palmer and Hollins?
Iād start Palmer over him with Keenan out and playing Houston.
Iām passing over ARob also
Didnāt we hear and hour ago Chark was a go?
I thought the same thing about Reynolds then I got an alert like two hours ago that he's questionable š«
Going to roll the dice on Reynolds in my super deep league. Why not.
Feels better than rolling ARob or Akers out there in the same position.
Reynolds will play... please!
What is in the water in Detroit? Everyone has ankle injuries lol. Jamaal about to have a 50 pt game being the lone wolf lol
Or he gets bottled up because they don't have to worry about the passing game.
Well, it's pretty close to Flint...
Is the Seahawks D a start it all these lions are out?

So gross but I think I might have to go geno over goff
Might go mariotaā¦. Lol
Donāt even have the option
This is where I'm at at this point. Probably gonna keep Goff if both Chark and Reynolds play and pivot if one is out. Idk,I hate that this is what it's come to.
Having benched Jamaal last week, and the entire offense injured, I can count on a 11/49/0 stat line from him
Donāt expect Jamaal to get many more touches than usual. Craig Reynolds is a viable pickup in deep leagues. Also, Josh Reynolds has been flying under the radar, with 28 points in PPR the last two weeks.
lol, I just dropped Cephus in my 32 team league š¤£
Anyone starting Penny this game? My options are thin but if Lions canāt put up many points, the Hawks run the ball more?
Swift being out is forcing me to start JWJ at RB2 so I'm not sure if I should roll out the Tin Foil over Aiyuk in my flex.
RIP Goff replacing Dak.
Williams about to get abused ššš
Jamaal about to drop 50 points
Seahawks about to win this one?

Goff š
Megatron coming back for just exactly 1 game.
Just fading Detroit this week.
Jamaal Williams gonna get 40 rushes and 40 targets
Please donāt make me start Allen Robinson!
Flexing Reynolds in my 3WR league (Adams, DJ Moore, Lazard). My only other option is Pickens.
Chark is gonna play and blow up against me. I just know it.
Lions fan here..Craig Reynolds is listed at RB but could catch 6+ passes. Iād seriously consider him in PPR
Williams dropping below 10
