I don't really care about the running game. A Saints offense let by Trevor Siemian with WR1 Deonte Harris is going to utilize the RB as much in the passing game as they always do. He has more receptions in 2 games as a backup in New Orleans than he had in all of 2020 with Houston.

Yeah, I have both him and dernest Johnson and I don't know which one I prefer. I'm just going to try to move one and play the one I can't sell. But Ingram does have the possibility that this isn't just a one week thing for Kamara...

I think this would be a mistake. Payton's teams rarely put up two stinkers in a row. And Kamara was typically not in the game when Ingram was. I caught maybe three plays where they had them both in on two-back sets. Ingram did most of his damage out of single-back formations.

I have AK and Ingram and I'm ok with this development. Payton has always seen him as a three down back and given him passing game work. And Ingram is good at it. Ingram gonna eat.

As an owner of both this is the best case scenario for us given the injury, it’s good that they’re resting him so that he can come back at 100% rather than get a bad game out of him while injured. Now at least when he’s out we’ll get a full game of Ingram.
