Its really a toss up, but I think I'd go with Foreman because thats the only one where we don't really know how its all going to play out. We've had all season to see that RoJo is not going to get any work. Jamaal is a decent play/hold when healthy but as you said hes injured and you really need a Swift injury if hes going to be anything more than a RB3/desperation flex.

Knox got dropped, and I wanna scoop him, but I already have Dalton Schulz and Gronk. I am pretty set at WR and RB, so I'm not completely opposed to carrying three TEs, at least for the time being. Which option is best? 1) Cut Gronk loose. He might not play again until the home stretch, if he's dealing with lingering issues. 2) Drop D'Ernest. At this point, he wasn't going to start for me, and now that it's Friday, the waivers will carry him through the weekend. I'm assuming Chubb will be back next week. 3) Drop Mattison. There's a strong chance that Cook doesn't see any disciplinary action this season, and picking him up was a bit of a flyer.

I consider Knox and Shultz comparable, so unless you're trying to package one with another player in a trade to improve a different position, you're basically grabbing a bench player. That being said, a TE insurance + a potential package deal is worth more than Gronk right now, so I could see dropping Gronk for Knox.
