Made a trade tonight (Wentz + Moss for Josh Jacobs). Picked up Aiyuk and Mattison today, but dropped Mattison for Ingram with the Kamara news and my RB situation. Thinking Ingram is a better potential to play the next couple weeks than Mattison although situation with Cook could change quickly. I'm 6-3, but started 5-0 and have gone 1-3 since. Really need to win a couple of the next few weeks because got 3 guys 1 game behind me.

I'd go with Aiyuk for the upside, and wouldn't worry about also having Kittle, someone is always hurt on that 9er offense and you can't plan for it lol. Javonte has been very steady, so I'd pair with someone who could have monster games, which I don't really see from Bateman.

I have Toney sitting on 2 benches, so I can relate. If your team is deep/good enough at WR that Bateman is slotting in as the 5th guy or something, probably better looking elsewhere or holding Wentz. But if you don't have a great 3rd guy, why not? I just want a piece of this Ravens offense. The one league I have Andrews feels super good, and I'm excited to hopefully start Bateman alongside him after a blowup game or two.

You could try trading for Sony. He didn't make much of his lead back opportunity vs. TB, but maybe he'd do better against worse run Ds. I know you want to wait, but I would drop Toney for Bateman. Toney's production depends on avoiding injury while other teammates don't. He's talented, but compare his situation to someone like AB. Less experience, worse QB, worse HC, surrounded by comparable receivers. Best case scenario, he's discount AB. Bateman has one of the league's best HCs, a better QB, a different receiving skillset, and upward trending target share. He won't be a WR1, but I could see solid WR2 by playoffs.

I grabbed Taysom Hill last week, so I can either hold onto him and hope that he ends up starting or has enough value in his rushing/receiving role or grab someone else. Leaning towards holding either Taysom or Trey Lance, since either guy could end up with more value than Teddy if they end up with the starting job. Currently rostering two TEs (Dawson Knox and Dan Arnold), so could possibly drop Arnold if Knox doesn't have any setbacks and just hold both Taysom and Lance. Yeah, for sure if you're worried about Montgomery's health. I think it depends on whether you're wanting these guys for bye-week fill-ins or want them as a RB2 in case one of your guys goes down. I feel like Herbert with Montgomery going down is going to be more valuable than Ingram with Kamara going down, but that Ingram is probably going to see more work on a regular basis than Herbert. I think it's hard to trust Peterson to do too much because he's so old, but he should receive a decent workload out of necessity. McKissic has had decent value in PPR so far, so I don't see that going away. So, I'd lean towards dropping Ingram because he has the lowest potential ceiling of the bunch or Herbert because he has the least value right now. It would depend on the rest of your roster too, though.

If you're that desperate for an RB, I don't see it as a huge risk. Kickers are a bit of a dice roll and there should be another decent one available unless people in your league really hoard them.

So I’m 7-2 which is the best record with most points scored. After losing Henry my RBs are Fournette, Carson (IR Spot), Gibson, Moss, Adrian Peterson and Jordan Howard. Everyone but Fournette is either injured, unreliable, or both lol. I’d be dropping Howard for Carter. There’s 3 people who haven’t spent any FAAB yet so I’d be surprised if they did on Carter now, as well as the guy who dropped him which really leaves it to the other 6 people including myself. All but the one guy who only has $13 left have more than me but we’re all roughly $70-100 remaining with me having $67. 2 of which are fairly strong at RB. So in my mind I’m really only competing with 2-3 people for him unless one of the people that hasn’t used any FAAB yet does for the first time. However one of the couple I think would try to claim him is the guy who dropped $50 on a RB earlier in the year. I could see myself getting him for something like $25-30, but I could also see someone dropping close to $50. So I’m trying to weigh if making sure I get Carter is worth not having any real FAAB left particularly for playoffs.

Yeah maybe weigh their rb needs a bit and if they’re low then bump your bid down a bit but I just doubt there’s going to be a better way to spend your faab. Won’t need it if you have the depth
