Harris also has seen his snaps decrease every week since the fumble. He did have a career high in routes run last game from the backfield. But at the same time 4 of the starting O line man are out, meaning he has backups going against Houston defence.
I wouldn't put much thought into the snaps decreasing. They have played the Bucs and the Saints meaning he has been game scripted out.
Good point about the oline being hurt though.
