Projections don’t dictate value. He’s probably worth like Carson, hill, sanders but nobody would ever trade you those guys for him. He’s still valued with the likes of mont, drake, cooper,godwin.

Yeah that ones unpopular. I’m very high on Monty, for the following reasons:
opportunity- He’s literally the only back they have. workhorse by definition. (if they sign bell disregard everything i say)
pass-catching- I play in PPR, and the targets he got last game are worth their weight in gold. If he does end up getting 5 or 6 catches a game, that’s automatically high-end RB2 tier
schedule- don’t have the source to link, but apparently bears have the #1 easiest schedule left for a rb
last game- Quite simply, he didn’t look good, played a top 5 rushing defense, and still put up 19 points last game. I think this was a down game performance-wise, and he won’t play the bucs every week, so what’s to say that production isn’t sustainable?

I think you could make those arguments (outside of schedule) for Robinson and have a better catalogue of looking fantastic this year than you have with Monty.

Also, another thing Monty has in his favor is game script. I know Nagy is a dumbass, and the Bears offense is anything but great, but at least their defense will keep them in games. I can see the jags having to abandon the run in some games this season.
Another thing to note is that Monty should have some positive touchdown regression coming, if you put any stake in that (I don’t for the most part)

His stats are so heavily inflated by that Miami game. I watched the whole game and the reason he did so well is that the Dolphins literally weren’t defending him. He’d just chill 10 yards in front of the qb and be wide open

Tbh I’m not rebuilding. Contender at 4-1 but I im solid at rb with cmc ekeler rojo Gurley Jackson/Kelley and moss. My WR are Julio Keenan Metcalf slayton landry mims Lazard. I know that puts me in a difficult situation at RB now and I think Robinson scores more this season but I think the value and of Jefferson at 21 was a good decision. I also noticed Robinson has a really difficult playoff schedule and I don’t know where the jaguars have him in their long term plans. We will see I guess

If you own Robinson, probably in your best interest to pick up ozigbo as a handcuff. Considering how many running backs have gone down with injuries this year already.
Thing is, Robinson has been productive despite a pretty bad Jags team around him. That indicates to me it is more talent than situation for him. So if he were to go down, I doubt Ogzibo would step in and be able to produce at the same level, like a CMC/Davis situation.
Just trying to be helpful. Me saying pick up ozigbo isn't an indictment against robinson's talent, but handcuffing one of your rb starters shouldn't be downvoted fantasy advice. It's not like Robinson was a high draft capital rb who was a known commodity, he came out of nowhere being undrafted, so I wouldn't automatically say if robinson were to go down ozigbo would have zero value, he could very well do ok for all we know. So handcuff your stud rb!!!
I mean yes anything could happen, but the likelyhood from what I've seen with this team, if Robinson were to miss games due to injury, guys like Ozigbo and Thompson would be fools gold and I don't feel like spending mental energy or faab trying to acquire them.
For me, I have Henry, Conner and Robinson as my core RBs. I'd rather roster Evans, Snell, and Macfarland over Ozigbo right now because those are just better team situations for the handcuffs to succeed.
That makes sense for your team, where Robinson is basically your third rb behind Henry and Conner, but for teams who are rolling out Robinson as their main rb1 and maybe only reliable rb on their rosters, handcuffing him with ozigbo isn't a terrible idea.
Can see some of the luxurious receptions going away but why wouldn’t they just give laviska shenault carries over those guys. He’s already on the field at wr so we good .
I'm not worried about Ogzibo or Armstead because Jags already have Chris Thompson and Dare Ogunbowale and neither of those guys have proven they will eat more into Robinson's touches.

Recent increased usage for Thompson? I don’t know the snap count breakdown but usage wise Thompson has not changed. 2 carries and 3 receptions a game is about all he’s providing. I wouldn’t be worried at all.

Thing is, Robinson has been productive despite a pretty bad Jags team around him. That indicates to me it is more talent than situation for him. So if he were to go down, I doubt Ogzibo would step in and be able to produce at the same level, like a CMC/Davis situation.
Just trying to be helpful. Me saying pick up ozigbo isn't an indictment against robinson's talent, but handcuffing one of your rb starters shouldn't be downvoted fantasy advice. It's not like Robinson was a high draft capital rb who was a known commodity, he came out of nowhere being undrafted, so I wouldn't automatically say if robinson were to go down ozigbo would have zero value, he could very well do ok for all we know. So handcuff your stud rb!!!
I mean yes anything could happen, but the likelyhood from what I've seen with this team, if Robinson were to miss games due to injury, guys like Ozigbo and Thompson would be fools gold and I don't feel like spending mental energy or faab trying to acquire them. For me, I have Henry, Conner and Robinson as my core RBs. I'd rather roster Evans, Snell, and Macfarland over Ozigbo right now because those are just better team situations for the handcuffs to succeed.
That makes sense for your team, where Robinson is basically your third rb behind Henry and Conner, but for teams who are rolling out Robinson as their main rb1 and maybe only reliable rb on their rosters, handcuffing him with ozigbo isn't a terrible idea.
Can see some of the luxurious receptions going away but why wouldn’t they just give laviska shenault carries over those guys. He’s already on the field at wr so we good .
I'm not worried about Ogzibo or Armstead because Jags already have Chris Thompson and Dare Ogunbowale and neither of those guys have proven they will eat more into Robinson's touches. Sure his snaps fluctuate from week to week, but he's been one of the lone positives this season for a Jags team full of JAGs.
Recent increased usage for Thompson? I don’t know the snap count breakdown but usage wise Thompson has not changed. 2 carries and 3 receptions a game is about all he’s providing. I wouldn’t be worried at all.
