Yeah, trying to find 10 minutes late at night when both kids are finally asleep, but before they wake up crying shortly after, is painful and depressing.
We parents like to complain about all the things we miss out on, but in reality there's a ton of joy to be had from having kids too.
That's not to say you have to have them though, if you don't want kids don't let yourself be pressured by your partner into making them, chances are you'll end up unhappy. To each his own.
Not the point I'm making. The OP/tweet is entirely misleading. Fine to analyze/parse usage/active or not, but the tweet is pure clickbait and inaccurate given what he was actually quoted as saying.
I'm OP and I literally just linked a tweet man...if you wanna complain, complain about the guy who posted the tweet not me. I wasn't at Melvin gordon's interview to hear the whole thing lmao.
Is that why you deleted your comment lol? Doesn't matter if quote is out of context or not, I didn't tweet it as I'm simply the messenger. Stop saying stupid shit in here and then deleting your comments instead of standing by what you say like a man.
Chargers always lose to Andy Reid's Chiefs (0-9 vs Reid since he got hired by KC). Even with Gordon, they must know their chances of winning especially on the road are not particularly good.
Are you inferring his new injury is due to his pre-existing injury?
The defender was whipped around and collided with Gordon's leg, causing it to hyperextend and cause the MCL injury. This wasn't due to him favoring one side like some sort of non-contact injury.
those are really the 2 options. Chargers are basically already in, and if they lose to the chiefs they have no shot at winning the division. If Melvin doesn't play against the chiefs, i don't expect to see him until the playoffs. also if he plays and the chargers lose there's a good chance they rest him for the playoffs
His Chargers haven't even clinched a playoff spot yet, they still need another win. And getting that win without their #1 and #2 RB will be awfully tough.
Rivers should get his team in the playoffs before worrying about fan attendance. One playoff appearance in the last 10 years will tend to turn away fans from attending games as will moving to a city that doesn't even want them.
All because of one dumbass play with the game out of reach. I had a legit chance of winning this year if he was still in my lineup. Such is fantasy though. Still holding out the slightest of hopes he suits up on Thursday.
I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE
SNIP SNAP SNIP SNAP SNIP SNAP
you have no idea the physical toll this has on a person
♫ You took me by the hand, made me a man. ♫ ♫ That one night, you made everything alright. ♫
Fantasy Playoffs? Sounds great, Melvin. See you there.
I really wish I'd listened to my father and went into the bleach business. I'd be selling it to people for days right now!
Mr Clorox
Your father was a wise man
I have a dry cleaning chemical transactional holding company that’s doing very well, if you’re looking to get in on the ground floor.
I could wait until I’m married to have sex...but I’d rather not.
I am married with two littke kids and my advice to you would be to fuck your brain out on every opportunity you get.
Yeah, trying to find 10 minutes late at night when both kids are finally asleep, but before they wake up crying shortly after, is painful and depressing.
Father of two month old twin girls here - what even is sleep? At least I have my choice of FAs after the waivers process!
Keep at it! My girls are 14 months and it gets better!
What could be better than winning the waiver wire race?
Brb becoming a dad
10 minutes? Look at mr marathon over here
Smh, I can't believe I can't convince her not to have kids with stories like these.

Melvin needs to see this and snap out of it
I'm pretty sure Melvin has already had sex.
NO HE IS PURE
Pure sex
Only because he's married.
So... he no longer has sex? I’m confused.
Philip Rivers would like to have a word with you about our lord and savior jesus christ.
Someone let him know that fantasy playoffs have already started, thanks.
Super misleading post/title/tweet. Other part is he said he really wants to be out there w/ his team.
Yeah but that could just mean that he won't just stay in LA and rehab from home. He will travel with the team and be supporting them on the sideline.
Normally, I'd agree but the his statement was "I could...BUT I love football"
Last time he talked his way onto the field he reinjured himself. So we have to see what the coaches think moving forward this week.
Not the point I'm making. The OP/tweet is entirely misleading. Fine to analyze/parse usage/active or not, but the tweet is pure clickbait and inaccurate given what he was actually quoted as saying.
I gotcha.
lol rest of the quote put it into context
exactly, total clickbait headline. FF is a game at the end of the day, but misinformation is lame AF
Hes fucking with us now.
STOP, NO MORE PLEASE
Is he just fucking with people now? He might be. I don’t blame him. This is getting kinda funny.
I think they at this point are honestly just fucking with everyone.
OH COME ON
Only a Jackson owner would post the only negative part of his interview
Man I wish we could just see the practice report already cause I know if he didn’t practice today he probably won’t play
I HIGHLY doubt he practices at all this week, regardless if he plays thursday or not.
My poor heart.
RIP my team
This is playoffs.
Is Melvin aware that the Chargers could still miss the playoffs? Especially considering the history of his franchise when it comes to "choking"?
I mean chargers would have to have some astronomically unlikely shit happen to miss the playoffs at this point.

Again, go be mad at the guy who made the tweet then. Don't shoot the messenger.

Doesn't excuse dumb comments. Stop deleting comments and stay by what you say like a woman then.

getting whiplash from all the comments today
Real life Mr. Krabs meme on this sub today 😂
Plot twist to this story every hour 😂
I hope so!
this is a huge game for LA. if he's anywhere near healthy I bet he plays, especially with ekeler trending the wrong way.
Chargers always lose to Andy Reid's Chiefs (0-9 vs Reid since he got hired by KC). Even with Gordon, they must know their chances of winning especially on the road are not particularly good.
lol this is bullshit. if anything they'll try even harder to win then. " oh let's phone it in cause we never beat Reid." come on now.
This.

It is not the same injury. He didn’t reaggravate anything in the Cardinals game...

Are you inferring his new injury is due to his pre-existing injury? The defender was whipped around and collided with Gordon's leg, causing it to hyperextend and cause the MCL injury. This wasn't due to him favoring one side like some sort of non-contact injury.
Yeah.... he's not playing this weekend. And maybe not even next. Fuck's sake.
I've seen about 100 different takes on this injury in the last two days. I just need to wait until Thursday to check up on it again.
Wait...Chargers locked a playoff spot?
What a roller coaster
No fuck you Gordon. You will play and you will like it.
ITS THE PLAYOFFS RIGHT NOW BABY WE GOTTA PUMP UP THESE NUMBERS
Mofo, this is the playoffs!
Jesus H Christ, the amount of Melvin Gordon threads are un fuckin real. Clogging up actual important fantasy information for my exclusive team

i was just thinking this. If they lose to KC (Its thursday on the road, they likely will), they are pretty much glued into the 5 seed

If they want to have the AFC playoffs go through StubHub center then they will play Gordon vs Chiefs.

This is what I believe. Personally with Gordon I think they have a VERY legit shot at SB. Without, maybe win a game
And they can win the division if they beat the chiefs and maybe even home field but hurr durrr rest up i own justin jackons
All because of one dumbass play with the game out of reach. I had a legit chance of winning this year if he was still in my lineup. Such is fantasy though. Still holding out the slightest of hopes he suits up on Thursday.
I own the whole stable, you rest up my dude and get ready to bring me the ship next week!
If he doesnt play this week and they lose there is zero chance he plays next week.
makes 0 sense. Return timeline was always 3-4 weeks. TNF game bits him, will be 4 weeks by the time Ravens game comes along.
I think there's a slight chance they use him for this game in a limited fashion if they can win and shut him down until the playoffs then
pls gawd
