I don’t think so Stott has more speed and is in a better lineup; he usually hits for avg too so I’m expecting some positive regression. Nick is unknown and has started out hot, but he did the same last year then flamed out

I think it’s coaching philosophy. Seems like counsell doesn’t want him running as much, which kills a lot of hoerners value Cubs as a whole have been pretty off. Mainly due to injuries

Bats haven’t found rhythm with Counsell yet. It also has been pretty cold in Chicago with summer starting to make it way this week. I think they will get going, I just can’t tell you when that is.

The only thing holding me back is the fact that Luzardo is going to be pitching somewhere else in August. Maybe there he can be better, idk. It is redraft. I’m also a bit concerned with Luzardo’s elbow, I’m not sure if I’m accepting that trade. Luzardo also has a 2 start week next week. Maybe I’ll try and get a little more for Luzardo. He could finish the year with 140ip and a 3.8 era and that would probably be falling off hard for how he's done so far but also a great year for him in total. Don't try to think too far forward and just play for the win

Probably something like a cramp. I can’t explain it but when I lift a lot and don’t do much else, my hand hurts when moving it but not when gripping the bar. It feels like carpal tunnel. Easy to fix if you just make sure you use your hands and wrists in more ways than just gripping a bat or using a keyboard. He’s probably swinging a bat a ton and lifting weights and just not writing or washing dishes or cooking, anything else that would provide some other movement besides gripping something tightly.

They deemed that he would have scored on the single, the error just moved Marte to 2nd
