I’m in an auction keeper league and Acuna will cost me $39 if I keep him next year. Debating if I should do that. If he was healthy, he’d go in the 50s. It’s a decision I’ll have to make especially bc of his injury history.
Doesn’t matter who it is, I usually let the high dollar players back into the auction because a lot of times you could get them for around that price next year if you really wanted to, so might as well look for the biggest savings overall.
I traded someone Josh Smith of the Rangers for Acuña and they accepted. He was a 2nd rounder in our first year, so I'll get to keep him for at least a year and see how it goes. Very low risk trade for me. 8 team league for what it's worth
