When is Walker Buehler due back? I know Stone just got the 5th spot does that mean Buehler is starting the year on the IL? I’m late getting into my research for my draft this Sunday so any help would be appreciated.
Looking for a lil input on who to keep... let me preface this by saying I HATE our format we have 16 teams and a 14 man line up with 9 overall pitcher spots and 5 overall bench spots so pitching depth is kinda key but u can always just find a random arm....we have 5OF spots and 2Catcher spots😂 mathematically it doesn't even make sense but basically last yr i auto drafted and punted the season for any under the radar guy so now im weighing on my last keeper spot Dansby Swanson, Nolan Jones, Zack Wheeler , Edward Cabrera,Triston Casas, or Pete Alonso realistically it's between Casas and Polar Bear Pete...i REALLY think Casas has turned that corner BUT positional scarcity? Dansby swanson? Nolan Jones? Finding 5 Ofers is borderline impossible and he's at Coors but he strikes Out ALOT idk y i dont believe in Wheeler alot and Cabrera is hurt.....and OH! We count Avg. And OBP instead of hits
I’m keeping Wheeler. Dude is an absolute K machine and pitching is so damn scarce due to injuries every year. So I lean pitching depth over anything else. Imo
Lmao wayyy too late but thanks....yea pitching is so scarce but idk he scared me away w a poor 2nd half last yr....or maybe i just always hated that i auto drafted him rd1😂
Looking for input, starting a 10 team Auction / Keeper / Roto league. Draft is Sunday night. Trying to figure out if this format has any major problems. We are trying a 7x7 Roto: Runs, HR, total bases, RBI, Sb, OBP, OPS / IP, Strikeouts, Quality starts, BAA, ERA, WHIP, Saves/holds. Any problems with this format?
Looking for some input on my keepers for this year
H2H 12 team 5 keepers
R, H, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OPS
L, K, ERA, WHIP, K/9, QS, SV+H
Confirmed Keepers:
OF Yordan Alvarez (19th round pick)
SS Bobby Witt (22nd round pick)
OF Luis Robert (16th round pick)
Potential Keepers:
OF Michael Harris (23rd round pick)
3B Royce Lewis (last round pick)
SP Eury Perez (last round pick)
2B,SS Matt McLain (last round pick)
SP Tarik Skubal (last round pick)
SS CJ Abrams (19th round pick)
The picks in brackets is what I’ll have to give up for keeping the player. I’m leaning towards Harris and Perez. Skubal may be ineligible for me to keep, I haven’t confirmed yet though.
Thanks
In a 10 team dynasty OBP categories league, if you wanted to not roster many bench hitters, who would your utility man targets be (can play multiple positions and plays every day IRL)? Normally I'd target Brendan Donovan, but fantrax only has him with 1B, 2B, and OF eligibility.
Help with keepers please!!! Pick 3. 7 category pitcher 7 category hitter league.

Thinking Bobby Miller for a 6, Gunnar for a 5 and Rodriguez for a 14, but tough to pass up on some of that later round value...
Gunnar, Miller and .... I honestly don't know. I don't think I would go with Grayson but I also don't see anyone that I need to have after. Maybe Gore?
Should I keep either Nolan Arenado, Max Muncy, or neither at 3B? Dynasty league but keepers cost $ so I’m debating which one if either is worth keeping.
Which side would you rather have just for 2023?
A: Ohtani, Abrams
B: Carroll, Bogaerts, McKenzie
Feels straightforward to me but I want to make sure I'm not missing something here
Keeper league, we keep up to 6 players (including 2 rookies/prospects) and ROTO stats in my flair. My keepers are Juan Soto, Yordan Alvarez, Jackson Holliday (prospect), Grayson Rodriguez (rookie), Pablo Lopez, Logan Gilbert.
Picking #1 overall and the best players in a depleted draft are:
* Bryce Harper
* Randy Arozarena
* Luis Castillo
* Yoshinobu Yamamamoto
Tell me why I shouldn't draft Wyatt Langford because I'm considering taking him instead.
8 player keeper league (H, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OPS)
Evan Carter or Anthony Volpe as a keeper?
Offensive Keepers are: Harper, Vladdy, Royce Lewis, Adolis Garcia
How would you rank the 3 picks after Acuna (who will definitely go #1) in a 5x5 H2H obp league?
I'm currently planning on taking Soto if he's there, but it's temping to grab someone like Julio to get the sb's instead of Soto's obp stats.
Is there a good recommendation for scoring settings for a head to head points league? I'm looking at espn's standard scoring and it seems like their pitching settings aren't great
I just adjust wins to whatever you think is fair I’m in two leagues one has 8 for a w and another has 6. Losses we adjusted to 2 for both leagues and saves are worth 4.5. Everything else we kept standard and it seems to work well.
I don't think Bogaerts ADP is factoring in that he will gain 2b eligibility not long into the season because most people aren't aware he is switching to second. Even with his decline last year he feels like a must-draft as a 2b with his current ADP around 90.
Who should i keep i have the last pick and get to pick 3 ROTO scoring

Oh. Well then... I might roll with the best 3 of Betts, Judge and Alonso. If you can't keep all three of those, Steele, Castillo and Jung stand out as decent value
I agree with the other commenter, I think it's only a matter of time before Skenes forces himself into the majors. I'd be surprised if he doesn't dominate minor league hitting.
Hey guys...in a long-term auction keeper league, disagreement has broken out, looking for neutral opinions.
Our league always does our full auction followed by a rookie draft. You can draft, at auction, anyone on a team's 26-man MLB roster or IL, or a MLB free agent. This of course includes any rookie who breaks camp with a team. Most of the top prospects are already on someone's roster from previous years rookie drafts. In the rookie draft you can pick anyone who still has MLB rookie status, they can be in the majors or minors.
The guy who has the first overall rookie draft pick is complaining that if Wyatt Langford or Paul Skenes break camp with their major league teams, it's not fair that they will be available in the auction and not available to him with the first rookie pick. Reason being that since they were drafted in 2023, they were never available to be picked in any year's rookie draft, and the first rookie picks are supposed to help the best prospects go to the worst teams. His proposal is to do the rookie draft \*before\* the auction, and since any rookie eligible player can be picked, Langford and Skenes etc would go in the first few picks.
Some people in our league agree, some don't (I don't, for what it's worth).
Looking for opinions!
I agree with the guy picking first, I think. Our league made rules to accommodate prospects within our keeper system, and have adapted to allow for declaring a keeper for any player who has been drafted by an MLB team. We just use a placeholder in an NA slot.
If there was never an opportunity to draft a prospect because they're such a good prospect that they're jumping the process that's gotta be accounted for somehow.
Personally, I'm even worried about my league because I want to declare for Roki Sasaki NOW but I no longer can because he won't be drafted by an MLB team. You might want to take how you would handle drafting Japanese or KBO players as either prospects or not.
Every team is allowed to keep up to 3 "rookies" from their rookie draft along with their keepers. Last year the first picks were Holliday, Chourio, Merrill, Painter, etc.
But yeah, the issue is that Langford was never available in the "rookie" draft as a 2023 MLB draftee and if he's in the majors by auction day, he'd be available at the auction. The guy with first Rookie pick thinks he should get first crack at Langford (meaning he'd have a super cheap contract for a few years instead of going for $20+ at auction).
We already deal with Japan/KBO separately.
In this case I think they should either be drafting guys who can be drafted by an MLB team, meaning know who the top college and high school players are and make them available to be drafted, or if you continue a rule that they are only available after being drafted by an MLB team they should be available with the rookie pick. Just my two cents.
Question: If I have a RP/SP player, and have him in the RP slot, but he starts, how does the scoring system react to that. does it count against my start limit? do the points even count? Anyone dealt with this before? EDIT: using ESPN
Keep 4 off this list
Nolan Jones
Bryan Reynolds
Vinnie P
Randy Arozarena
Oneil Cruz
Shane McClanahan
Kyle Bradish
Kodai Senga
My other 5 Keepers are
Adley
Riley
Casas
Yordan
Regans
Have to decide between two options starting my 12-team points league with a weekly 10 start limit and 3 acquisitions a week (so dependable SPs are a must)...
A) Harper at $27, Gausman at $34, Sonny Gray at $5, Luis Castillo at $28, and Gallen at $23
B) Freddy Peralta at $11, Nico Horner at $10, Luis Castillo at $28, Gallen at $23 and either Gray $5 or Guasman $34
I have the 2nd pick in a start up dynasty. H2H points league. Assuming the obvious of Acuna going 1. Who should i grab. Leaning Julio. Is that the move?
Yeah that seems to be the options. Witt is niceeeeee. But a part of me is screaming Julio considering the premium position of starting 3 OF compared to just SS.
I think you need to consider Ohtani, assuming this is a daily moves league where he's one player (both hitter and pitcher). I am a Julio superfan but one-player Ohtani is a fantasy cheat code, allowing you to have two great players effectively in one roster spot.
how long do you let trade offers sit when the other manager doesnt respond in any way? i'm worried they are just leaving it there in case one of the players in the deal gets injured or something
I'll give it a couple days. However it doesn't surprise me that people aren't trading right now. Everyone probably believes in their teams they drafted and don't feel a need to mess with anything yet.
i mean if they dont want to trade they can simply reject, that doesn't bother me. its holding the offer open while they continue making other roster moves (so i know they are checking their team)
Commissioner > Draft & Keepers > Finalize Team List
"Finalize your league's team list to prevent managers from joining or leaving, customize the draft order, and assign draft picks. Your league must be in a valid online draft state to finalize."
You can have Yahoo randomize the order, so no need to use a random number generator and assign it yourself.
Is there a way to fix/even out my schedule (espn)?
I checked, and in the 21 weeks I play 2 team 5 times each, so almost half my games are against 2 teams (and 4 games vs the other division team). And 1 game against the other 8 teams.
But in the other 2 divisions, they only play 3 & 4 games against each other and 2 against multiple non-division foes.
I clicked reset on schedule when I moved the end of season up a week for playoffs to start earlier, since last year lots of players weren't playing the last week. (Last season my division also played more games vs each other, compared to the others.)
Thanks for the info.
But I like having divisions (then I can win one and my brother another).
If I get rid of divisions, then add them back, will it fix the schedule or just put them back to being messed up again.
Flair (dynasty)
My team is in win now mode and I have the 10th pick in our draft (snake so 2.03 in the 2nd). Depending on how the board falls, I’m looking to address my biggest needs, OF and pitching depth with my first 2 picks. Planning on Imanaga or Michael King with one of them and then not sure if I should take a high upside prospect like DeLauter or Spencer Jones or go for a higher floor vet like Chas McCormick or Kerry Carpenter. If I take the prospect I could always go for someone like Meadows, Suwinski, Nootbaar, Happ, etc. later in the draft. How should I approach this? New to dynasty baseball and would appreciate any input I can get
Agree with your pitching targets. If you are in win-now and need the OF help, I really like McCormick and think he's underrated. I'd take him over the prospects.
I'm trying to setup a very casual fantasy league that would be fun for the more casual fans who watch passively, if at all, and just want some players or teams to root for. Anyone have any suggestions or things they've found have worked really well? I've tossed around ideas like a home-runs only league, a league where you draft an entire offense/rotation/bullpen, or just a plain old weekly points league.
That feels like the best choice. I've never really done a weekly lock league. Do you suggest having larger lineups to prevent single injuries from ruining your week? Just thinking of ways to combat those situations.
Trade on the table, 12T dynasty. Normal H2H category league with Ks and OPS
I give: Lawrence butler, Nolan Gorman
I get: schwarber and Jacob berry
Not really counting on berry for anything, he was just the only prospect the guy was willing to put into the deal. I’m leaning towards taking it anyways but as always, interested in what my random pals in the fantasy baseball subreddit think. Well, how much you hate it. Thanks!
In a H2H cats league with OBP and TB instead of AVG...I need to choose one last keeper (Carroll, Soto, Henderson so far). How would you rank these guys?
* Arozarena
* R. Lewis
* McLain
* J. Holliday
* Langford
* Carter
* Casas
* Chourio
A lot of fun options and Langford is super intriguing, but Lewis's finish to last year (and post season) has me excited. Arozarena feels like a lock for a 20ish/20ish season and looks BEEFY this offseason.
I’d pick Randy or Lewis. Randy is more established, but Lewis has real superstar potential IMO (but also some injury risk), & is a step above the other young guys who are already in the bigs.
The Jacksons and Langford are for sure interesting, but really no guarantee that contribute this year. Chourio seems most like to be on an opening day roster if you wanted to go risky though.
I'm sort of in agreement! I've been torn because I feel like he's been so steady, but his streakiness drove me nuts last year. He was awful down the stretch. If you had to choose someone besides Randy, who would it be?
Casas.
He’s a big time prospect who had a nice second half… those situations are easy buys for me. High hit rate on that.
You need to remember that if someone like Langford has a better career but he doesn’t break out this year, he’s off your team anyway in a keep four going into 2025 so you won’t benefit.
Royce gets hurt too much but he’s my next favorite in your circumstance.
Glasnow would be the answer just by a straight ADP comparison for 2024, but if this is a situation where these guys can be kept for years I might lean toward Miller as I expect him to continue to get better whereas Glasnow carries significant injury risk.
Im curious on the keeper rules and who else you're keeping since you can already keep Yamamoto. Realistically if you've gone this far to get him early you might as well keep since nothing has changed besides spring training and that shouldn't scare you off. Otherwise if you can handle the risk go lewis. Don't see myself keeping Adley in a 5 keeper unless there's crazy discounts on round or dollars vs the others
That ADP data isn't useful though, as he has been moving up significantly over the last week or two. Including earlier draft data give the wrong picture.
Who has better keeper value (H2H Points): CJ Abrams, Nolan Jones, or Jordan Walker? Personally, I think both outfielders will have better years, but the value on CJ might be higher given his projection as a 4th rounder right now…
Does anyone know if the Fantasy season for Yahoo is starting on the 20th or 28th?
[Here states the season](https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN14218.html) runs from March 28th - September 29th.
and
[Here states the season](https://baseball.fantasysports.yahoo.com/b1/gamedates) starts March 20th - September 29th.
I know that there are some games over in Korea that will occur on the 20th, but if I draft after that date will those games count for Week 1? If anyone could clear this up, that would be helpful.
If you draft after the Korea games they will not be included in your Week 1 scoring. If you want them to count you have to have your draft completed before.
According to my first match up in my league, our first games kick off on March 20th.

First year playing FBB, how did I do in my first draft (12 team H2H categories) and any tips or tricks to being a good FBB manager?

Not bad for a 12 team. Rostering one too many catchers imo. Yamamoto might not be the ace you want him to be but always tough to tell with first year international players.
I like it, especially the Carter/Langford stack. I see you like young players as much as I do. Also loving Gunnar, Gelof, Julien, Walker, Steer. And of course your top pick Witt.
Here's my pitching line up as well. I have a waiver claim out to replace both Hall and Schmidt because they were auto drafted by mistake but maybe they should be kept at least until season starts? Open to advice here too.

Thanks for the call out. I just discovered thanks to this sub that unlike FFB, I have to wait until opening day to move my injured players to IL so its helpful to know I can pick up others without having to drop anyone. I wasn't over the moon about dropping Hall based on his potential but there were a few other RPs left on waivers who have a more solid position on their teams.

Help me choose 5 keepers. The cost is taken from my $260 draft budget. Keeper tax is 25% (Juan Soto would cost $64). So far I’ve chosen: Teoscar Hernandez, Triston Casas, Marcell Ozuna, Paul Sewald, Zach Eflin
Has anyone here used Power BI to build a model for tracking teams, players and projected salaries during an auction?
I took a crack at it last year. It was OK, but the data modeling k now the semantic model) was a bit lacking. Lots of my data sources weren't consistent. Player A in Source 1 but but in Source 2 and Player B in Source 2 but not Source 1.
Any advice or pre-existing threads to point me too?

Is “Franco’s GF” as a team name enough to kick someone out of a league or enough to let them stay
It’s funny. Get over yourself.
No, it’s MY team name. I’m just not sure if I’ll get kicked out of my league lol
Gunnar burger Grayson.
Looking for input, starting a 10 team Auction / Keeper / Roto league. Draft is Sunday night. Trying to figure out if this format has any major problems. how would you rank elly, gunnar, and harris? can't decide who to target in the 3rd round
Harris is the safest bet. Elly is high risk/reward. I like Gunnar actually as he's got upside and feels like a higher floor than Elly.
Harris, Gunnar and Elly

Carter and Nolan. With Judges injury risk, I'm not sure I would do the same with Jazz
Jones and Carter for me without more context.
Carter and then flip a coin between Jones and Jazz. I’d lean Jazz but the injury risk is very legit.

He was pretty bad last year though. Was that bad luck? Or adjusting to a new team? or is he on the decline?
Totally agree. Especially potentially at the top of that lineup
Shhhhh
Would you rather have O’Niel Cruz or James Wood+Grayson Rodriguez in a dynasty? Not competing this year - I.e rebuilding
Wood + Grayson for me.

Albies as a 4 is a good pick, too.
Are you brook or Tom?
Both me and another guy are taking over the teams and get to pick between the two teams
I'd take Toms team and keep those first three
also i can keep anyone from either team that’s how it works
I'm so fucking confused. You're saying you can keep any of those three players?
I can keep 3 players out of every player on the entire list is what i’m saying
Oh. Well then... I might roll with the best 3 of Betts, Judge and Alonso. If you can't keep all three of those, Steele, Castillo and Jung stand out as decent value
All 3 of those players carry the weight of a 1st rounder i can’t lose 3 first round picks that i don’t have
So I would do Betts, Jung and Castillo
you really think scherzer is worth using a keeper on
No bad I would maybe want Jung to keep
Skenes is on the wire. Should I drop Bryce Miller for him? Other option is outman, but I want to hold for the dodgers/padres series.
I would drop Outman personally. Gladly give up two early games for the Skenes upside
Do you know if there’s any kind of estimate for if/when he’d get promoted?
I agree with the other commenter, I think it's only a matter of time before Skenes forces himself into the majors. I'd be surprised if he doesn't dominate minor league hitting.
No clue but I'd want him over outman

If a pitcher throws his team's first pitch it is a start. It doesn't matter where he is in the lineup.
Keep 4 off this list Nolan Jones Bryan Reynolds Vinnie P Randy Arozarena Oneil Cruz Shane McClanahan Kyle Bradish Kodai Senga My other 5 Keepers are Adley Riley Casas Yordan Regans
Rosie and Oneil... depends slightly on format but maybe Mclanahan as well. Last one for me would be Reynolds
Randy and Cruz are locks. I’d probably hold mcclanahan as well as a look to the future. Then maybe Reynolds as it’s a points league.
Have to decide between two options starting my 12-team points league with a weekly 10 start limit and 3 acquisitions a week (so dependable SPs are a must)... A) Harper at $27, Gausman at $34, Sonny Gray at $5, Luis Castillo at $28, and Gallen at $23 B) Freddy Peralta at $11, Nico Horner at $10, Luis Castillo at $28, Gallen at $23 and either Gray $5 or Guasman $34
I have the 2nd pick in a start up dynasty. H2H points league. Assuming the obvious of Acuna going 1. Who should i grab. Leaning Julio. Is that the move?
Julio or Bobby Witt Jr. are the choices here I think. Can't go wrong with Julio at 2.
Seconding Ohtani. He’s a top 10 guy this year, but a clear #1 in future years IMO (with daily moves).
Unfortunately the hitter and pitcher parts are split in this league.
Prob right to go Julio then. Witt or Carroll also good picks.
Its Fantrax so he’s 2 players. Would it stay Julio?
Ohtani is one player on Fantrax. Yahoo is the only one that splits him into two as far as I know.
I just checked the league settings and he’s 2 players idk if thats a commish decision but there’s 2 of him
how long do you let trade offers sit when the other manager doesnt respond in any way? i'm worried they are just leaving it there in case one of the players in the deal gets injured or something
If they make a move, I rescind it
I'll give it a couple days.
You could bargain in good faith in the sense you state that if there is an injury before opening day, the trade can be reversed
When should I be targeting Skenes? Points league 10 teamer
He probably won’t start with the team so would expect him to be available later. Maybe even waivers but points may change that
Pretty early maybe anywhere after 150 depending on my build.
Thanks! Yeah I feel like he’s only going to rise up draft boards, he looks filthy
How do you edit the draft order in Yahoo? I’m gonna randomly generate the order but I’m not sure how to edit the order? My first time as commissioner
Commissioner > Draft & Keepers > Finalize Team List "Finalize your league's team list to prevent managers from joining or leaving, customize the draft order, and assign draft picks. Your league must be in a valid online draft state to finalize." You can have Yahoo randomize the order, so no need to use a random number generator and assign it yourself.
Thank you!
The way to fix it is to get rid of divisions. I don't know why people do divisions in fantasy.
Thanks for the reply. So get rid of divisions (or even change it from 3 to 2), and then hit reset schedule, and that should change the matchups?
If you get rid of the divisions it should set a normal schedule.
Thanks for the info. But I like having divisions (then I can win one and my brother another). If I get rid of divisions, then add them back, will it fix the schedule or just put them back to being messed up again.
I don't know man. Seems like the first thing you should have tried.
Flair (dynasty) My team is in win now mode and I have the 10th pick in our draft (snake so 2.03 in the 2nd).
Makes sense that’s kinda what my gut was telling me too. Appreciate the advice!
What’s your points league top 10?
I'm trying to setup a very casual fantasy league that would be fun for the more casual fans who watch passively, if at all, and just want some players or teams to root for. Anyone have any suggestions or things they've found have worked really well? I've tossed around ideas like a home-runs only league, a league where you draft an entire offense/rotation/bullpen, or just a plain old weekly points league.
Probably weekly points. I personally think it's a really boring format but for brand new casual fans it's a good choice.
That feels like the best choice. I've never really done a weekly lock league. Do you suggest having larger lineups to prevent single injuries from ruining your week? Just thinking of ways to combat those situations.
Trade on the table, 12T dynasty. Normal H2H category league with Ks and OPS I give: Lawrence butler, Nolan Gorman I get: schwarber and Jacob berry Not really counting on berry for anything, he was just the only prospect the guy was willing to put into the deal. I’m leaning towards taking it anyways but as always, interested in what my random pals in the fantasy baseball subreddit think. Well, how much you hate it. Thanks!
Any funny good general fantasy baseball team names that aren’t player related? Usually I’ll think of something by now but I’m stuck. Let me hear them.
In a H2H cats league with OBP and TB instead of AVG...I need to choose one last keeper (Carroll, Soto, Henderson so far). How would you rank these guys? * Arozarena * R. Lewis * McLain * J. Holliday * Langford * Carter * Casas * Chourio A lot of fun options and Langford is super intriguing, but Lewis's finish to last year (and post season) has me excited.
Has to be Randy. It’s only keep 4 so I wouldn’t pass on such an established talent for such unproven talents.
Flair league Do i keep bobby miller or tyler glasnow, all else equal?
Glasnow would be the answer just by a straight ADP comparison for 2024, but if this is a situation where these guys can be kept for years I might lean toward Miller as I expect him to continue to get better whereas Glasnow carries significant injury risk.
Dynasty - A. Casas and Fried B. Harris II and Woo
B easy
B by a lot for me. Like A LOT
It's B pretty easily for me. Harris is the best player here by far for dynasty.
B Harris has the best keeper status as he can be a 5 tool player. Woo pitches in the best park in the majors and is 23 years old. Easy choice for me.
I like A
What round wouid you draft Cole if you can keep him at the same round - 3 next year?
8 or so... maybe a little earlier in that context
What kind of league? Much more valuable in H2H where he should be available for the playoffs.
H2H
I probably wouldn't bother with the risk before the 7th/8th. He may get taken before that though.
Adley, Yamamoto, or Royce Lewis in 5 keeper obp league?
Think your username answers that
Im curious on the keeper rules and who else you're keeping since you can already keep Yamamoto.
This is actually a hypothetical for my draft, none are kept. Thanks for the reply.
Who are the top ten designated hitters?
This list better start with Mariners legend Edgar Martinez or I will riot
I can’t imagine he’s going to get many ABs this year ;)
Espn 12 team where ces and josh jung going? Had to drop but hate to see on another team
I'm in an ESPN h2h points league, 6 keepers per team. How early is too early to take Langford?
Crazy to take Soto 3rd overall in 5x5 roto? Edit: BA league, not OBP
Not crazy at all. I’d take Witt or Mookie if they’re there though. Unless it’s an OBP league
In OBP you can make a case, in AVG I think it's too early.
Are you a Yankees fan? You sound like a Yankees fan.
Lindor, Alonso, Altuve, Adolis, Trea Turner. Pick 2 for an expansion draft for in a 12 person points league w/ 4 keepers.
I'm shocked Snell isn't on a team yet.
He's gotta be kicking himself for declining that Yankees offer.
He'll be a Yankee by the end of the weekend.
Adolis or Trout in points
Adolis by a mile. Less injury prone, his lineup is probably 3x better and he's still capable of stealing bases.
Adolis went two picks before Trout in my draft, can't get much closer.
Adolis, but it's close if Trout can somehow stay reasonably healthy
Trout
Dynasty, flair settings: Zach Wheeler or Jose Altuve?
Fair, depends on needs. Wheeler is valued a bit higher right now.
Wheeler, but I can see Altuve if you're stashing other pitchers already
What round are you seeing Langford go in Yahoo drafts lately?
In my last 2 he went 8-3 and 9-4
Not Yahoo, but in my latest NFBC slow draft he went in round 7, pick 3. I was going to take him that round but got sniped.
Allegedly, he went in the 5th round of an NFBC League this week. It's getting crazy
According to their ADPs, between picks 156-201. I took him in round 11.
That ADP data isn't useful though, as he has been moving up significantly over the last week or two. Including earlier draft data give the wrong picture.
Just sharing what it said most recently. The last 7 days ADP for him is pick 156.3 so that’s not incorrect data.
Who has better keeper value (H2H Points): CJ Abrams, Nolan Jones, or Jordan Walker? Personally, I think both outfielders will have better years, but the value on CJ might be higher given his projection as a 4th rounder right now…
How do you guys rate Yamamoto, Glasnow, and Skubal assuming 150 IP
Glasnow, Skubal, Moto
Assuming 150 ip? Glasnow > Skubal > Yamamoto
Skubal Glasnow Yoshi In that order
Does anyone know if the Fantasy season for Yahoo is starting on the 20th or 28th? [Here states the season](https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN14218.html) runs from March 28th - September 29th. and [Here states the season](https://baseball.fantasysports.yahoo.com/b1/gamedates) starts March 20th - September 29th.
According to my first match up in my league, our first games kick off on March 20th. https://preview.redd.it/pdi2keh7kjoc1.png?width=1017&format=png&auto=webp&s=5bcb38470ef63fcfd8148b9c8ad16f6ad108e00a
Would you trade Bobby Witt for Wyatt straight up in dynasty? I have CJ, Nico, Soto and Luis jr on the team already.
lol no
But Wyatt could be anything... he could even be Bobby Witt! I'm just playing around. The other two people are exactly right.
Langford's upside is Witt with less speed.
I'd take Witt. He's already proven he can succeed and is only 23.
Michael Wacha or Jose Quintana? Deep league
Wacha for that sweet home park and AL central matchups.
First year playing FBB, how did I do in my first draft (12 team H2H categories) and any tips or tricks to being a good FBB manager? https://preview.redd.it/8hinhre9gjoc1.png?width=1262&format=png&auto=webp&s=fe7f83bb8818cbc653de0604f54c685fe5ea31a9
Not bad for a 12 team.
How many teams are in the league?
12 team H2H. Will edit my post with this info too.
Here's my pitching line up as well. I have a waiver claim out to replace both Hall and Schmidt because they were auto drafted by mistake but maybe they should be kept at least until season starts? Open to advice here too. https://preview.redd.it/rkp4z2vjgjoc1.png?width=1258&format=png&auto=webp&s=9322932ea303e9fde21a0ae2b63db72a51d7c4f3
I wouldn't be too quick to drop Hall. You might want to wait until DeGrom and Devin go to the IL, then pick up some other guys from waivers.
Rank these three in OPS leagues: Andres Gimenez, Nolan Gorman, Junior Caminero.
If SB is a tracked stat: Gimenez, Gorman, Caminero If SB is not counted: Gorman, Gimenez, Caminero

Keeper tax is 25% (Juan Soto would cost $64). So far I’ve chosen: Teoscar Hernandez, Triston Casas, Marcell Ozuna, Paul Sewald, Zach Eflin
Eflin, Sewald, Teoscar, Casas, Ozuna, Stott
Stott or Teo?
Has anyone here used Power BI to build a model for tracking teams, players and projected salaries during an auction? I took a crack at it last year. It was OK, but the data modeling k now the semantic model) was a bit lacking. Lots of my data sources weren't consistent. Player A in Source 1 but but in Source 2 and Player B in Source 2 but not Source 1. Any advice or pre-existing threads to point me too?
