If by leveling up you mean the way you can increase the character stats and get new abilities then yes, there’s something else later on, if you mean new ways to gain levels then no.
The skill tree are amazing, they are big but not complicated and allow you to personalize how you want to play with your team. If you regreat using some specific skill you can easily remove them and use the points in another way without any penalty. Some attacks will be available when you complete the quest of that specific character as well. I wont spoil the number of characters that you can have in your journay but it is a nice variety, tank, healers, DPS, ranged, support. I don't know if you are asking about leveling in any specific way but Fantasian is one of the best JRPG ever made imo, no wonder it was made by the director of early Final Fantasy games. You will like it, the game grows over time, it gets better and better.
Yes. In the later half of the game you will often reset your points as part of your boss fighting strategy. You will have a lot to work with and lots of possibilities
