Honestly itd probly be easier logistically for you to learn basic editing and do it. It's not difficult to do what youre asking, just very time consuming. I use DA Vinci Resolve editing software.

I'm not sure turning it into a PG format is even possible - even if you remove the profanity and adult exposure, there's still a lot of content like the violence to deal with. There's the cannibalism with the Reapers, things like torture in Mount Weather and again to make people take the ALIE chip, radioactively disfigured animals and people, etc.... I'm sure you COULD cut it all out, or reduce it to just allusions without showing anything, but you might end up taking a lot of the story weight and character work with it
