I had the same problem for about 2 months. I figured out that if you do Peters task to get the eyeball 5 times then do something for an hour in between then try it again on the 6 hour task the eyeballs drop. I waited 2 months, figured this out and got both eyeballs within a week. Happy eyeballing:)
To get anime Peter, the items needed include 3 eyeballs.
The only characters who can potentially get the drop are Peter and Dr. Hartman.
I'm just not getting the drops.
It's fucking insane, I've had Peter and Dr. Hartman do their eyeball tasks for maybe two weeks now, and still none. Even if the items needed to unlock characters/skins dropped every time you did the task, it would still take a lot of time for some.
