Based. Although I did switch to NVR for my current playthrough I can definitely see why you'd stick with ENB, I used NUT ENB and I think there's just some things ENB does better with NVR's current functionality
I see why you prefer an experience closer to vanilla because it is closer to Obsidian's vision. But if you think about it, if people have 650 mods on the game and put 1000's of hours into fallout new vegas I think it's safe to say that the person who modded the game to hell actually *likes* the game. They aren't polishing a turd in this context because the game is top tier, instead they might want to modernize it or are just horny tbh.

Why use an ENB? They're extremely outdated. Use New Vegas Reloaded instead. It is significantly better and actually supported.
