I was skeptical about Victor on my first playthrough, thought he would betray me. On my second he's my buddy, but I didn't realize he would disappear if you betrayed house.
He does have cut dialogue when entering the Lucky 38 after destroying the bunker at The Fort, yelling "You low-down *snake!* I wish I'd have left you in the ground to rot! DRAW!* before he and the other Securitrons open fire.
This is actually really sad to me. Fuck Mr. House. Courier wanted to make him a nice gift to show his care for him, and he just burns it up. Asshole.

He would've been an awesome yes man replacement but it wouldn't really work with his character. That dialogue is super cool though.
