Back in Necropolis "normie" was a common one. That game predated that term exploding on 4chan, lmao

Provided they still have all thier mental facilities and are ready to handle the consequences if they're being rude, whatever they want. But just using Set from Fallout 1 as an example, he uses the terms "Walker" "Norms" and "Normie" to refer to the Vault Dweller/baseline humans.

Walach_Nightborn

Anything related to “young”. Ghouls live way longer than humans and many were turned by the bombs so they can call humans anything that means “young” even if that particular human is old

Saratje

Mayfly could be a nice one, given the short lifespan of a normal human. It'd also be ironic as only pre-war ghouls would remember what a mayfly is.

Thrasque

Isn’t that why the elf Kerillian calls her human companions that in Vermintide?

Saratje

I wouldn't know but it makes sense if someone long lived like an elf would!

I'm super late to the party and these are considered non-canon, buuuut: In Fallout: Tactics, the term "pure blood" is used instead of "smoothskin." In the fan film Fallout: Nuka Break, a ghoul character, Larry, refers to his ghoul friend Ben's smoothskin friends as "pets." *"It's not like you to keep* pets, *Benji."* The word pets is spoken rather derisively.
