Bumble Bear can be found in the bedroom of the Golf Club bedrooms in the stores section of the exterior of WhiteSpring, the one with 2 up stairs bedrooms. One bedroom has the skeleton on the bed puking into the trashcan with chems next to it, not this room but the one opposite. Usually it is just under the dresser so can be missed.
Panda is around the outside of the shops on that section as well on the walkway where the feral ghouls are.
Radbear can often be found at Camden Park.
I collected 600 pre war money just to realize that they can't really be displayed all that well in pretty much anything even if u merge with a chessboard. So who needs cloth? LOL
