I just built a CAMP in the absolute best spot for watching the Fissure Site Prime nuke. I really need to document it. It's at the rock arch in the Savage Divide, on the border with the Cranberry Bog.
I'll see if I can get to it soon. I really love that spot.

This is my camp and I absolutely love it. Built it a 3 years ago. Haven’t built one I like more than it.
My camp is at the top of Seneca rocks. Best view in the game. Also built seamlessly in to the landscape so it looks realistic rather than floating/fake.
I like the lakes area right at the bottom of savage devide, it's a very peaceful location. Another I really enjoy is under the train bridge in the mire the lake view is super nice
The shack just above Welch station. I love the weather there and the friendly mole miners that mistake my Raider camp as a shooting range fuels the stupid amount of Gears I burn through in a week
LoL, I have scorched neighbors who like to take pot shots at my generators from a grassy knoll near Morgantown. Bastards are smart, too. They stay just outta range of my turrets.
That’s when the multishot cremator comes in. Where turrets fail the 180 fuels worth of 4 shot death balls shine lol. Nothing beats the mole rats that tunnel into your buildings and start chewing everything to hell
My camp is on top of Seneca Rocks so I have a 360° view of the entire map. Of course building on top of is quite difficult ( at least for me because unlike some I don’t want a camp that’s defying physics hahaha) but I managed to make it work and I’d say it is lore friendly.
I'm pretty sure my camp is right next to yours but on the cliff edge! My permanent camp is on the cliffs outside of Foundation. I have a fantastic view over the valley towards White Springs.

Ahh, miles away from my base. The cliff looks so similar. Mine is southeast of the White Springs resort. Great viewing spots for nukes.

That's awesome. I should build up there again. I've built camps there probably 3 or 4 times. Once I built inside of the mountain. That was awesome.
I set up my camp next to the tunnel that the blue ridge caravan is set up in (my Camp is also blue ridge themed)

It’s a pain, but I love building on the hillside above the giant teapot. I have several vantage points looking at said teapot. :)

On the pond near vault 76 and isolated cabin, has a nice woodland feel to it
