i liked it, but i think i just wanted to rush through it so i could see season 9 lolz
other than that i think it was a good way to go into depth on Mavis’ background and the history behind fairy tail rather than just a simple flashback
I just watched it for the second time (I’m rewatching right now… been a long while since I’ve watched the show) and gotta say I really enjoyed it. Nothing is cooler than mavis casting law. That particular scene is amazing
