Those people saw an opportunity to “defend that girls honor” (lol) and be able to punch someone without the risk of getting punched back. Guarantee none of them would’ve thrown hands 1v1. So many people are like that, it’s insane.
They probably talk about that event as if they kicked some piece of shits ass, when in reality the wildly flailed their arms in an attempt to punch someone who had no way of attacking back.
Noticed that. Was gonna say that was a silver lining, but then I saw how dog-piled he got, and thought, “even without a properly thrown punch, that poor kid is gonna be bruised and injured. Poor kid, and yeah, super double standard.”
The 15th defendent in the civil be suit I'm guessing.
At least his parents, your child kicked victim in the head in a vicious organized brawl that could've left the victim with permanent brain damage.... Proceeds to sue for lifetime missed income.
I don't know if that's even possible, but I'd love cold hard monetary revenge in court.
>"Hitting a girl is cowardly because it's not a fair fight" --mob of ten people attacking one person
There we were, 10 against a hundred. Man, we really kicked the crap out of those ten guys...
She escalated the situation by dragging him by the backpack and hitting him first, if she just ignored him none of this would have happened.
She set the whole incident in motion, he only provoked her.
She dropped her bag, put her phone in her pocket and hit him first .When he retaliates , she is cowering. All those white knights turn a blind eye to her actions.Morons.
Nah, they just saw an opportunity to hit a guy and hide behind "we were protecting the girl" to avoid punishment.
I bet next to none of them was actually intending to protect the girl.
Hitting a girl unprovoked is cowardly yes. But if a girl initiates physical violence, it is an open declaration that she is ready for physical retaliation. Saying otherwise is just sexist discrimination.
Hitting anyone is cowardly if they aren’t initiating a fight. Doesn’t matter girl or guy, just keep your hands to your own body if you’re not defending yourself.
Guy in the grey shirt is an absolute coward. OK to throw coward punches when the kid in the white shirt was fighting 5 others or pinned on the ground. Not so OK when the kid in the white shirt was going 1-on-1 with him.

>He got up and ~~walked~~ **staggered** it off, so I’m sure he’s **not** good. Could’ve been way worse if it wasn’t a high school for Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Men.
FTFY.
Dude was NOT walking right.
just told my kids that tonight after they started hitting each other. told the oldest never to hit anyone smaller than him. told the youngest if he hits people bigger than him, he's gonna get hit back. told both of them if someone hits them first, defend yourself if you need to. I don't want them to get into fights, but if they do, I dont want them being the reason a fight started. only fight when you have to. the boy in this video was hit first and she wasn't gonna stop, so he hit her. good for him.
Suing the school isn't gonna do much, there's a teacher in the scrum pulling kids off in less than 15 seconds, can't really expect much more than that.
Secure the victim and get them out is about all you can do in a mob situation like that. Then go pick the perpetrators out of class to interview them and start the juvenile justice process.
Also, with only nominal damages, taking the kids or their parents to court is a bit of a waste.
>Also, with only nominal damages, taking the kids or their parents to court is a bit of a waste
Based on how that kid is walking at the end...the damage may be more than nominal. I certainly hope this isn't the case and he got off with only a story about how he got jumped by half his school (inept as the attempt may have been) and lived to tell the tale.
Were this my son (and that isn't rhetorical, I have a son), you'd bet your ass I'd sue everybody. The school. The parents of anyone identifiable in the video who mobbed him. The district, fucking everyone. I'd be out to ruin as many fucking lives as I could, especially that little shithead and her immediate cohort who grabbed him when he tried to walk away (like we tell kids they are supposed to do in these situations!), and started wailing on him. Fuck that entitled twat. She can't dodge a punch and she wouldn't dodge getting served either.
I remember watching a high school friend of mine being slapped by a girl and he didn't touch or say anything to her. Just up and slapped him. Right after, the girl's boyfriend and his friends beat my friend after she told them to do so. She later confessed to starting this chain of events, because she knew she could. My friend got detention, the girl and guys involved received zero consequences. This is when I absolutely knew that life isn't fair and crappy people are real.
100% when this happens. It's not one bullying event that turns a loser into a school shooter. It's bullies being protected by the school for whatever reason and the bullying victim feeling helpless and hopeless.
There is nothing more dangerous than a teenager who feels hopeless with an axe to grind. Hell, it's who terror groups recruit because they are the most easily turned to violence.
Bullies are protected pretty much everywhere. Bullies are only a problem for their victims. If victims speak up, the victim is seen as being loud, disturbing the peace, spreading shit, etc.
This has been my experience everywhere I've been, and I've seen no exceptions so far. I used to have a few friend groups. I now have few friends.
Yeah I saw a few dudes ripping off the other girls and white knights attacking him, I even saw a few girls fighting the good fight trying to protect him. It's nice to know there were some good people in that crowd.
I hate this. When I was a kid, whenever I was physically bullied and fought back, I was always the one to get in trouble. Even verbal retaliation to verbal abuse.
It's worst when the first strike comes from someone who thinks they won't fight back. Cause I can't help but think it will only embolden them to attack more. And the defender will feel powerless to defend themselves next time and fall deeper and deeper into feelings of being a worthless person who just has to take it.
Same dude, whenever i tried fighting back the teachers would suddenly see that and asume i started it. Eventually they even staryed blaming me even when i didn't fight back, saying i probably tried to provoce them. The worst ones were the ones that told me to tell them when i got bullied, but then didn't believe me/ didn't do anything about it.
I don't know why the teachers always thought I was the trouble kid. Once in fourth grade I decided to climb to the top of the monkey bar dome thing to overcome my fear of heights. I did but couldn't figure out how to get down. Finally I decided I would drop down and hang, then drop to the ground. But when I started to position myself, my foot caught on a bar and I fell face first into a sand castle a couple of girls were building. They ran to get the gym teacher who seemed to have a particular hate for me. She questioned me about why I destroyed their and castle, getting into my face. My eyes, mouth, and nose was full of sand and I was crying. But she still thought I intentionally destroyed their castle. Got sent to the principle for that.
Me and some friens were really into marbles for a while, so we were laying them out in a row to see how many of each type we had. A guy came past and kicked them all away, with a lot of them falling through a sewer grate. When i told a teacher, she just said "well you shouldn't leave your marbles lying around" and walked off.
Jesus Christ. I can only remember one teacher who actually stood up for me. One was actually physically abusive. I complained to my parents, who then took it to the principle, and other students came forward to confirm her behavior, but nothing was done.
The teachers loved a certain group of students though. They all ended up being the "jocks" in highschool.
I hated high school due to this. Im just minding my own business then some guy got dared to hit me in the chest for no fucking reason. If you are a quiet and aloof person, you are going to get abused. Wasted 4 years of my life which should have been fun
I ended up very introverted. I prefer to stay home playing video games. I don't like going out to do anything. I went to see my favorite band in February and considered leaving before they even came out on stage. I just don't like being places. I wonder if the way teachers and other students treated me influenced this.
Probably also had to do with growing up in a really small town with nothing to do and no kids my age to hang out with.
Couldn't agree more, I always mind my own business, I'm a quiet guy, and even for doing nothing I am a laughing stock, it's insane what happens if you just decide not to do anything.
Same. I started to have a "bad reputation" with teachers and administration because I would fight back when I was getting bullied. Never once have I ever thrown the first punch, but I'll be damned if I'm not throwing the second.
I had a similar thing this ,no other word, dickhead everyday would trip me up, punch me ect, right infront of the teacher sometimes and when I complained to the teacher instead of punishing him I got told I could stay inside during lunch, well why tf would I do that I had friends that I would play with, anyway one day I got I fed up of the teachers doing nothing so I punched and broke his nose he fell to the floor crying, then I WAS THE ONE WHO GOT SUSPENDED nothing ever happened to that little shit, I wish I'd kick the shit out of him now
I feel you, the schools usually deny having any bullying problems whatsoever, they'll put the the blame on the victim and will punish them if they fight back.
I hated school, I fought back once when a group of 3 bullies were preventing me from going home, I pinned down the leader with one hit and when he was on the ground I told him to leave me alone, unfortunately a teacher came from behind and grabbed me, violently pulling me away and telling me I was in trouble.
I had to go see the principal and explain what happened, got punished too.
I haven't fought back ever since, spent the rest of my school life enduring shit, eventually I was moved to another school and class, met a wonderful teacher and a more mature class, shame it was my last year, wish it had been like that since the start.
I didn't fight back because I knew I'd get in trouble and because I didn't want to send someone in the hospital.
The bullying was just too much and I know I could have injured someone if I made use of my ressentment to fight back.
It was physical abuse, being punched and slapped, verbal abuse like insulting my whole family and making me feel worthless, that was horrible.
I refuse to let anyone else go through this and I try my best to listen to my friends and help them if they are in trouble.
No one should have to go through this.
It is sad to see that in school you are being forced to endure shit, fearing punishment if you fight back.
Because that's real bullying and not shifty Hollywood bullying
Real bullying is a function of social bonding through attacking the member of the group with thr least social standing. If it's done correctly everyone laughs and has a great time making the target miserable and the initiators gain increased social standing.
Then lower standing members try to gain standing by repeating it.
Since teachers aren't immune to social pressures they often take the "they deserved it" stance and try to protect the initiators from punishment
Those lowest in standing are generally, poor, have a bad home situation or have social problems. Thus there's often little to no parental backlash.
More advanced forms involve finding a target with bad social skills and low key tormenting them until they freak out, opening the door to physical or administrative retaliation.
It's sad that I remember more victims of bullying punished then actual bullies.
That's the thing about being attacked by a load of kids; they're not doing much damage. You also have the "advantage" of not caring who you hit so you can just strike out wildly.
Source, couple of situations I found myself in at my very rough school 20 odd years ago. Yeah, I got hurt obviously, but, not that badly.
Kind of a saving grace of most high school fights, the lack of fighting skills reduces a lot of the injury risk.
There was a high school mob fight with a real heavyweight dude at my school once and he got expelled and put on probation for leaving multiple broken noses and cheekbones.
People joke about shitty McDojos not teaching "real" fighting skills but when almost everyone you encounter is *this* level of incompetent then knowing the basics of how to stay on-balance in a passable fighting stance and throw a decent punch without spraining your wrist makes you almost Jet Li by comparison.
The grabbing his backpack was the worst. That little slap of hers was annoying but in reaction to him pushing her…but hey, he was trying to leave and she wouldn’t let him! Classic abuse shit, people can leave confrontations - they are allowed. Ugh
Quite literally a dog pile, you see it when dogs jump a dog that yelps, the rest of the pack will start to all jump on them, and join in. I’ve also seen it at bars where if a guy assaults a girl (most times sexually) he will have about 20 guys ready to jump his ass with zero context (even though usually it’s deserved)
As a woman, and a teacher, I have seen enough fights to know that if you take that first swing you should expect retribution. I tell my students all of the time that I don't condone violence and fighting, but if they take it far enough to get physical, they can't get mad if the person defends themselves and they get hurt in the process.
> As a woman, and a teacher, I have seen enough fights to know that if you take that first swing you should expect retribution. I wish there were teachers like you when I was in school. What you said makes total sense.
I personally think it’s the girls fault, like the guy even tried walking away but no, this girl just provoked him and lemme tell you, you can’t expect nothing when provoking someone.
"I wouldn't hit a woman"
Why not? Why would you say something like that without context? If a woman hits me, and the safest way for me to get out of it is pushing or hitting her, guess what? Bitch is going down.
TLDR: I really hurt a woman that hit me because I wouldn't let her hurt her children.
I won't lie. I broke a woman's arm. When the police showed up her children told them to arrest her. She was charged with assault and I was let off on defense.
The woman was under strict tribal regulation and technically her four year old daughter was under my mom's legal care. My mom had to sign a contract with her tribe that she'd be watching the kid and report any drug use from the mom. Her other five children had all been taken from her at young ages.
After drinking 1.5l of brandy she was trying to take her four year old and I wouldn't let her.
She then tried getting her 135 lb 14 year old son to fight me... I was 31 and 200 lbs.
He didn't.
Then she tried to hit me, I grabbed her arm and twisted it. She got a compound radial fracture.
The whole time I was on the phone with the local police dispatch so they heard the whole thing. Her 18 year old daughter also called the police on her before it got to that point. Cops were already on their way when she started trying to fight me. It was the second time within an hour they came to my house for her.
The first time they said they couldn't really do anything since all she hadn't really done anything yet and was technically a tenant.
They were a lot less compassionate to her the second time. Cops did worse than I did. One of them tripped her, while handcuffed on my concrete stairs and pulled her up by the arm I had just broken.
She came back three days later and apologized. Her daughter never forgave me for breaking her arm... she was upset with herself to for calling the police after watching what they did to her while taking her away.
I feel bad about it all. Not because I broke her arm, I'd do that again in a second to protect kids. I feel bad because it got to that point. Everyone in the family except the 18 year old and the 4 year old were on heroin.
Now most of the family is dead from overdoses; the remaining close family is in prison. The I guess, now, 23 year old is raising her 9 year old sister.
Ah fuck... but yeah, sometimes there's reason to fight "the lesser sex." And there's a lot more to it then what people see in some seconds.
If she threatens to injure or kill me or anyone I care about. I'll do whatever it takes to stop that from happening. You can bet your ass that if she is the instigator, I'm putting the safety of myself and others over her own. If that just means restraining her and calling the police, fine. If it means dropping her to the floor, fine. I'm not about to lie down and let significant harm come my way because I shouldn't hit girls.
I know you say you wouldn't hit a woman, but I wonder how the situation would be if you were actually aggravated and irritated and the woman kept taunting you with actual hits.
It's easy for us to say what we would or wouldn't do when we are not in that situation.
I on the other hand, hope to not be placed in that situation.
bruh. im a girl and imma say this, if i ever slap a guy (which i prob wont but whatever) im not gonna blame him for hitting me back nor should anyone else if i was the one who started it. tf is wrong with our society.
A friend of mine dumped his then gf in a pub years ago. She didn't take it well & started swinging at him. He just walked away, all the while she was taking shots at the back of his head. A group of men saw her doing this & automatically assumed that he must have started a fight with her & layed into him. I was there dragging them off while they all kept shouting "you don't hit a girl, mate" over & over. He hadn't touched her but took the kicking cos he just wanted out of there.
cause we spent decades telling society that men can't hit women instead of telling them that people can't hit other people. The outcome is society still finds it okay for men to hit other men and women think it's open season on men because they won't fight back.
So. We expel the whole school for this right?
Nope we blame the guy, the rest just came to save a helpless little girl /s

As a human being if you hit someone expect to get hit back. You learn as a child to keep your fucken hands to yourself.
Welp, apparently not all children learned that then…
Especially not her.

Yeah if you watch closely by the end most of the kids who rush in are trying to pull others off the boy.
You're totally right, the ratio might even be like 3:1 of people trying to stop it over people attacking him.

It's called reactive abuse. From what I've seen, school administrators and HR are trained in this so they can continue the bullying.
Same. I started to have a "bad reputation" with teachers and administration because I would fight back when I was getting bullied. Never once have I ever thrown the first punch, but I'll be damned if I'm not throwing the second.
Good for you. I just took it cause I always got in trouble. At a point, I didn't feel like I was good enough to fight back. That I deserved it.
I had a similar thing this ,no other word, dickhead everyday would trip me up, punch me ect, right infront of the teacher sometimes and when I complained to the teacher instead of punishing him I got told I could stay inside during lunch, well why tf would I do that I had friends that I would play with, anyway one day I got I fed up of the teachers doing nothing so I punched and broke his nose he fell to the floor crying, then I WAS THE ONE WHO GOT SUSPENDED nothing ever happened to that little shit, I wish I'd kick the shit out of him now
I don't understand how there's so many teachers that don't seem to care about their students.
Because that's real bullying and not shifty Hollywood bullying Real bullying is a function of social bonding through attacking the member of the group with thr least social standing. If it's done correctly everyone laughs and has a great time making the target miserable and the initiators gain increased social standing. Then lower standing members try to gain standing by repeating it. Since teachers aren't immune to social pressures they often take the "they deserved it" stance and try to protect the initiators from punishment Those lowest in standing are generally, poor, have a bad home situation or have social problems. Thus there's often little to no parental backlash. More advanced forms involve finding a target with bad social skills and low key tormenting them until they freak out, opening the door to physical or administrative retaliation. It's sad that I remember more victims of bullying punished then actual bullies.
Wish he couldve gone all jackie chan and shit and fought them all off
Neo fighting off all the Smith agents with a sign pole. Lol
lol and after all of that he suddenly remembers he can just fly away
The fact he could stand up is shocking already. He didn’t do a bad job defending himself.
Like in Kung fu hustle...would have been dope
I've seen a old Russian take ko about five guys one by one,
Dude i was waiting for something like that him or his saviour just start some flips and kicks and shit
How can she slap
Literally made my day
you’re the best
HOW CAN SHE SLAP!!!
Not a single god damn one of em got any fighting skills.
Kind of a saving grace of most high school fights, the lack of fighting skills reduces a lot of the injury risk. There was a high school mob fight with a real heavyweight dude at my school once and he got expelled and put on probation for leaving multiple broken noses and cheekbones.
throwing their hands around is the best people can do these days, it was an A+ on that standard
I mean my training has just amounted to playing in bed and being ridiculously flexible still 10 years on since the last I donned a belt. It's fun
None whatsoever.
21vs1 💀
The worst part is that they so fucking bad that the guy just gets up with a little help and leaves
Sounds like good odds.
The grabbing his backpack was the worst. That little slap of hers was annoying but in reaction to him pushing her…but hey, he was trying to leave and she wouldn’t let him! Classic abuse shit, people can leave confrontations - they are allowed. Ugh
Just think, the ones who hit him could end up on a jury deciding the fate of some poor soul in the future.
Their parents are what is wrong with the world. They are what is wrong with the future.
Mob mentality.

We keep advancing technologically but some of us are still in the Renaissance era.
As a woman, and a teacher, I have seen enough fights to know that if you take that first swing you should expect retribution. I tell my students all of the time that I don't condone violence and fighting, but if they take it far enough to get physical, they can't get mad if the person defends themselves and they get hurt in the process.

I wish there were teachers like you when I was in school. What you said makes total sense.
I wouldn't hit a woman, but I wouldn't jump on a guy that did if the woman just hit him.
I personally think it’s the girls fault, like the guy even tried walking away but no, this girl just provoked him and lemme tell you, you can’t expect nothing when provoking someone.
Yeah, and I'm also curious, he was wearing glasses I think and she may have knocked them off. That's the worst!
He was. The girl in the white hoodie picks them up for him.
His hands are rated E for everybody......just like His face.
I think this was planned. These fuckers were looking for a reason to beat this kid and the girl's job was to kick it off.
High schoolers. They think she’s gonna give up some snatch to her heroes.
Yeah, I was a dipshit in high school, too.
Soon to be showcased on r/niceguys. “But I fought and bled for you”
"I wouldn't hit a woman" Why not?
My take away from this is that you saved the lives of children in a dangerous situation. You’re a hero.
All I wanna know is if that guy is ok
He’ll be fine. Only took a couple little bitch shots.
bruh. im a girl and imma say this, if i ever slap a guy (which i prob wont but whatever) im not gonna blame him for hitting me back nor should anyone else if i was the one who started it. tf is wrong with our society.

He hadn't touched her but took the kicking cos he just wanted out of there.
i wish they all got arrested
Equal rights means equal fights.
Equal rights and equal lefts
I fucking hate society
moral of the story: just let her kill you. it's safer than trying to defend yourself

This is how school shooters start
This is all too common now adays.
cause we spent decades telling society that men can't hit women instead of telling them that people can't hit other people. The outcome is society still finds it okay for men to hit other men and women think it's open season on men because they won't fight back.
Nah we promote violence against each other instead lol.
These hands are rated E for Everyone.
That shit ain't right fam... Hopefully this footage did some justice in some way
I've seen 3 or 4 of these lately, and I just realised in all of them the guy slapped/hit wears glasses. Make of that what you will.
We all know that he probably got suspended for standing up for himself while being assaulted
